Send the completely wrong items. I ordered 2 collections, both over 30 gbp each. They decided to send 2 single bulbs and 2 lamp bases instead...? Do not order from them.

The product itself is good, sort of. I received my block lamp a couple of days ago. The first thing that strucked me is that the lamp itself is not labeled as "SpaceArtsy" but rather a different company called "E.P. Light Studio" you can search that and you can find actually two companies: "E.P. Design Lab" and "E.P. Light Studio". There's just no company SpaceArtsy labeled on the package. So we have three companies, each of them saying that it's handmade but really, where is it made? Anyways, the block lamp started bugging so that the touch sensor actually requires to hold it to turn it off - I let it discharge, then recharge and it works fine. Weird.

The lamp took more than 2 weeks to arrive and when it has finally been delivered, I've discovered that the remote wasn't working... Smaller than expected, made in China. Not worth the price.

I placed a order, then I realized I probably wasn’t going to receive the item before Christmas, as shipping takes 1-2 weeks (to Italy). I reached out the company asking to cancel my order and they answered in 30 minutes. It was like 10pm. They asked me what was wrong and I explained the problem. They refunded me. Polite and professional.

First off the negatives. No delivery information and i did start to get worried... however saying that it was within the delivery time frame they gave me which was 1 to 2 weeks (i just had no tracking No or information. (Bearing in mind its nearly Christmas i didnt think that the time was unreasonable). Boxes were a little tatty so i may rebox the lamp. it arrived today so 10 days after ordering. This was a present for my Step Dad and i went with the black lamp and Galaxy bulb. Now im tempted to keep it. It really is a beautiful. The lamp itself is actually well made which i wasn't expecting but the bulb itself is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth the wait and the price. Unique gift and I'm very much looking forward to his reaction of indifference towards it 😅

Do not trust this company as they fob you off with delivery woes. I ordered a product on 25 November. I chased it up 12 December but it takes Space Artsy 24 hours to reply with a tracking number for Royal Mail on 30 November, but they haven't received it yet. So they still have not posted my order P3160326. Luckily I used a credit card so will have them recover my funds from this scam company!!! Do not purchase from this Space Artsy.

Following my earlier review of this retailer I am pleased to confirm that the requested item has now been received safe and sound. My only suggestion to the retailer would be to 'improve the timing and quality of your delivery / tracking details'.

Ich habe vor 2 Wochen bestellt und bekomme seit dem keine Aktualisierung... Immernoch steht in der Mail, dass die Bestellung eingegangen ist und ich darüber informiert werde, wenn die Bestellung verschickt wird. Nichts passiert. Ich hatte es als Geburtstagsgeschenk geplant, jetzt hab ich nichts, kann aber auch nichts anderes kaufen, da ich Studentin bin und 50€ von denen ich nicht weiß wo sie sich befinden schon zu viel Geld sind... Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, kauft nicht dort ein.
