Just received my order today after 11days. Had to email them twice to find out what was going on as I didn’t hear anything from them after the order was placed. The product itself is poor, nothing like what they advertise. The bulb is virtually clear with a couple of flashes of colour. Avoid. @spaceartsy if you would like to send me a bulb that actually looks like the ones you advertise I would be grateful as this was a Christmas present. Extremely disappointed.

Ridiculous have been waiting for two weeks and not very helpful got sent a link and it says that Amazon printed the label .

Update / edit- 20/12 Package arrived today. Completely bashed up. The quality of the item is incredibly poor. They have fooled us all. Not packing slip. Awful product, don't waste your money. If someone from the company could reply to this with a return address that would be great. Update / Edit - Now 11 days since the item was shipped and Amazon tracking still says 'label created on the 7th' as the only tracking information. If the item arrives before christmas I will amend this review. Made an order on the 30th November. On the 10th I asked for an update on my order. I was informed it had been shipped and to follow a link. The link sent me to amazon shipping where it just tells me that a label was created on the 7th. No other shipping update. As it is now 8 days since it was supposedly 'shipped' I really don't believe that it's left the warehouse. Very disappointing as its not cheap and was a christmas present.

Made an order on the 1st of December, never came, asked for update and was told it was out of stock, asked for my money back and was sent a link to an amazon page saying a label had been printed, asked for refund again and was told they are investigating the "logistics" No mention of me asking for my money back, complete scam.

I love these lights ❤️ the first 2 orders i made have arrived already!! Great quality. They look amazing in my living room 👀 I’ve just ordered another and they were kind enough to give me a discount code as I’ve been a loyal customer. Great friendly service! Would recommend treating yourself or someone you love 👍

Spent like £150+ on three lights. They arrived covered in white dust on the inside and outside of all the boxes. The boxes were damaged too but the lights work fine. They're supposed to be a Christmas gift but they're not very presentable. When I spend this much, I expect NEW products, not CUSTOMER RETURNS!! Rip off!

My experiences of buying from this company have been great. I have bought a number of bulbs and accessories and am 100% satisfied. Yes, delivery takes a little longer than some companies, but as long as you don't leave things to the last minute/need for an urgent gift, it's not a problem. The first bulb I bought finally ran out a couple of weeks ago, but I was delighted to find that I can still use it via an LED light stand and it is just as beautiful. I now have three lamps and they are so pretty to look at. I don't understand the comments about the products being flimsy and cheap - they absolutely aren't!

When I first ordered my product, it took a little longer to get delivered but I was ok with it. When I got my product, there was a slight issue with it. So I emailed the company back and they were so understand and co-operative about the situation and gave me a new one within 4 working days and it works so well. Highly recommend. Not only for the amazing product but the team behind it
