UPDATE: I did get a response after emailing to ask for an update and my lamp then arrived the following day. It's beautiful 💕. Faith restored, but earlier communication would have made for a more positive experience. I received the request for a review before the item which is still "ready for despatch" despite being ordered and paid for 10 days ago. No response to my request for an update on when I will receive the item either. Not happy and can't recommend at this point in time ...

Not only did this take an eternity to arrive, the box arrived mauled by Amazon, though it didn’t break the light inside it. The light inside it is nothing like my order, I ordered a cube shaped one and received a cheap looking Temu like product in the shape of a lightbulb. My advice would be to steer well clear of this site, as it’s cheap, minuscule, and never in a million years worth what I paid for it. I’m glad it arrived late for Christmas, as I replaced it with something else far better for half the price. Utter garbage.

Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to buy a light from this company due to the number of negative reviews about shipping, orders not coming, etc. However, the product came quickly and the light cube looked better in real life than on the website. The packaging was amazing as well, and did not have any scratches or damage. Overall, it is an excellent product, and extremely happy.

Ordered 12 days ago for a Christmas present still not received. Comment below says you use Amazon shipping for faster delivery but the update says label created 17th Dec and nothing since. Now left minus a present and will be asking for a refund.

Products are absolutely NOTHING like you would expect! They are tiny cheap mass made Chinese imports! The kind of thing you order from wish and temu Took 24 days to arrive and honesty it’s embarrassingly poor.. I’d say the lamp is no bigger than a coke can I’ve asked to return it because they sent the wrong product They have refused and offered me 20% off my next purchase!

Drop-Ship Unternehmen. Kauft einfach direkt bei dem chinesischen Hersteller E.P. Lightstudio/Designlab zum halben Preis. Diese Firma ist aber genauso Scammi...also lieber garnicht kaufen! Wichtigste zuerst: Der Shop scheint kein Scam zu sein, das Produkt kam an und sieht nahezu aus wie beschrieben. Jedoch ist die Werbung deutlich überzeichnet. Der Abzug ist ganz klar dafür das es so nach Scam aussieht. Vor allem am Versand und Verfolgbarkeit dieser muss viel gearbeitet werden. Damit meine ich das hier Wochenlang nichts kommt und erst bei Nachfrage mal die Verfolgungsnummer kommt. Sehr unprofessionell einfach. Außerdem sollte bei dem hohen Preis das Produkt kein Einweg-Gegenstand sein, sobald die LED mal durchbrennt verliert es deutlich an Optik (damit wird ja auch ausschließlich geworben).

The lamp I ordered was stuck in transit and the customer service of space artsy was super helpful in tracking it down and helping me get it before Christmas. The product looks amazing!

I have changed my opinions of this company. They are clearly a smaller operation working hard to try and meet the demands of a successful Christmas promotion. Whilst they haven’t got it 100% right, they have certainly worked hard and tried their best and that’s all a customer can ask. The product looks beautiful and I think the recipient will love it. As for the space artsy team, I hope they have a lovely break coming up.
