I ordered the Supernova Pillar and it is stunning. It’s a high quality light and adds a unique piece to your home. Highly recommend.

The lights are gorgeous!!! I bought 4 and each one is amazing!!! I did have some issues with shipping, but it had nothing to do with Space Artsy (they were a gem of a company, very compassionate through the debacle that was the shipping company who got my apartment complex address correct, but delivered it to another apartment and then told me it’s not their problem 🫪 thankfully whomever it was delivered to was nice and brought it to me…but Space Artsy was supportive throughout this issue). I recommend the lights. I thought the photos might exaggerate how pretty they are, but nope, they are that beautiful.

I bought their lights to decorate the stage for my concerts. The lamps look really beautiful, especially in late evening or night time when it's really dark. Would definitely recommend for beautiful ambient lightning. Two recommendations: I'd wish to have the LED base with a physical on/off switch because the touch button is very sensitive and the base turns on sometimes when I pick it up. Also, a battery indicator would be nice so that you know how much battery is left. Maybe something to implement in future iterations. 😉

build quality coulda been better

I'm not sure what to say Evri never gave me tracking updates never reached out and left the parcel unattended in a hallway on the opposite side of a locked security door hidden which then got picked up by a local postman who mistook it for a returns parcel and slapped a label on it and took my light bulb with him and now its deemed lost, would have been nice to see what my Violet Nebula looked like i wonder what they did with it and if someone is now using my light bulb :(

Das Paket wurde angeblich zugestellt laut Kundensupport, es kam nichts an. Ich schrieb dem Support wenige Wochen nach Bestellung aufgrundessen, dieser hat sich binnen 24h zurück gemeldet und Lösungsvorschläge gemacht (das typische wie zB. "Haben sie bei ihren Nachbarn nachgesehen", und mir ebenfalls eine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt. Diese habe ich erhalten, nach Wochen. Als ich die Bestellung aufgegeben habe kam zu keinem Zeitpunkt einer Versandbenachrichtigung oder Sendungsverfolgung. Das Paket soll schon seit 20 Tagen angekommen gewesen sein. Das Paket wurde in der Nachbarschaft nicht aufgefunden, so schrieb ich es dem Kundensupport einige Stunden später. Heute ist seither der 4. Werktag und ich habe nichts mehr gehört. Habe bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet und mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Einfach Unprofessionell.

They sent broken product, won’t accept return or reply to email, but dispute the credit card carrier.

Everything was extremely awesome. Both items I purchased were beyond expectations and best quality. I already purchased prior and will be making another purchase soon. Customer service was the best
