build quality coulda been better

The product itself is good, sort of. I received my block lamp a couple of days ago. The first thing that strucked me is that the lamp itself is not labeled as "SpaceArtsy" but rather a different company called "E.P. Light Studio" you can search that and you can find actually two companies: "E.P. Design Lab" and "E.P. Light Studio". There's just no company SpaceArtsy labeled on the package. So we have three companies, each of them saying that it's handmade but really, where is it made? Anyways, the block lamp started bugging so that the touch sensor actually requires to hold it to turn it off - I let it discharge, then recharge and it works fine. Weird.

Following my earlier review of this retailer I am pleased to confirm that the requested item has now been received safe and sound. My only suggestion to the retailer would be to 'improve the timing and quality of your delivery / tracking details'.

I suspect this is a SCAM! Avoid! (Please see update at bottom of page as my item eventually arrived) My story is the same as many many others. I placed my order on 28th November and it was immediately confirmed. A few days later I received a message stating that tracking information was not available unless I replied to their email specifically requesting it due to high volumes. I then received a message informing me that my parcel had been dispatched via Evri, but I still have not received it. It’s unlikely now that my parcel will arrive before Christmas, if at all. Should have googled reviews before I purchased. More fool me! Update: I’m glad to say that shortly after I wrote this review, my order finally arrived. The packaging isn’t damaged in any way and has arrived in good condition. I haven’t tried the lamp as it is a Christmas present for my son, but will share my thoughts once he’s opened it on Christmas Day. Glad to say that my Son loves his lamp.
