I can actually hear people speak again! All of my previous hearing aids still did not let me hear my wife’s speech very well at all. I had to ask her to repeat her comments all the time! Even in noisy restaurants I can now hear conversations! All this at a fraction of the cost that I’ve been paying!! I am very happy with my Horizon hearing aids (and so is my wife!!).

Soundbright had Sony in the canal hearing aids at such a good price, I wasn’t sure they are a legit website. I checked them out and yes! They are a trusted website with great reviews. I ordered my Sony hearing aids and received them in just a few days. They have followed up to be sure I don’t have questions or need any assistance. The whole experience with Soundbright has been 5-Star plus and I have recommended them to several of my friends. Don’t hesitate to score quality hearing aids at amazing prices!

I attended a chess class and because of the acoustics in the room, I could not understand much of what was said. After adjusting my Soundbright everything was much more clear.

Their service is really bad. You cannot talk to a human once you buy the unit. I had ordered a Kit to go with the hearing aids and it did not come in, they claimed they shipped it but I never got it. They said they would send a replacement but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for it. I cannot talk to a human they only offer AI unless you are buying.

Soundbright was very easy to deal with, and the Horizion-Pro hearing aids are exceptional. My audiologist hearing aids gave up the ghost and given that quality hearing aids are now available over the counter, I decided to research alternatives and try the Horizon-Pro. Since they cost $2,000 less than my previous professional models, my initial expectations were modest. The Horizon-Pro has far exceeded those expectations. The setup was incredibly easy, requiring only a quick app download and Bluetooth pairing. I put them in at 10:00 AM and immediately noticed a difference, and took them out at 10:00 PM, not even realizing I had them in. The battery charge easily lasts all day, and the app makes it simple to adjust the volume based on changing conditions. The initial challange was not being able to talk to a technician, but the emais were quick and accurate, and solved any issue.

Very reliable. Best I’ve had for the money.

I really like that the Soundbright Discovery uses the same filters and cones as my Oticon. And has a similar shape and feel so really no break-in time was needed. I am using the Discovery hearing aids full time as my Oticon charger stopped working after being chewed on by a cat. Oticon uses a directly wired charging cable for my hearing aids so you have to replace the whole unit. If Sound Bright had been available as an OTC aid when I was in need of hearing aids initially, I never would have bought Oticon. The Soundbright hearing aids are equally as good in most situations and the phone app is more useful than Oticon. The Oticon charger costs as much as the Discovery hearing aids with its charger! And the only reason I am replacing the Oticon charger is because Oticon has a TV sound connection device.

I like the blue tooth ability to adjust the volume and change the programming At church I still have trouble understanding speech and I think a upgrade will help with that
