The purchase was simple. The price was reasonable. My hearing aids arrived quickly. I have been using them for a few weeks and they have greatly improved my experience in conversations and in attending movies. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thus far the quality has been top notch.

Having worn aids for some time, initial pair costing north of $6000, I have found these aid to perform comparable and more comfortable. The blue tooth compatibility is far easier, being direct is far more convenient than the previous pair requiring a separate component to transmit conversations to smart phone. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

No matter what they say, I spoke with a human only once and that was before I realized this was a scam company. I never received a human email back. It was all ai There is no way to reach a human being at that organization. They have AIs that basically just spout platitudes with no ability to fix any issues. Second I needed to buy some domes for my hearing aids that I bought from them. They do not sell domes. If you want replacements you are forced to buy large packages that contain mainly items you don’t need and only gives you a very few of what you’re looking for and then charges an exorbitant amount of money but worst of all is the AI issue. The AI runs you around in a circle over and over again. Telling you, someone will be in touch, but no one is in touch. It’s a horrible horrible situation. So if you want hearing aids where you might get some sort of support eventually I would absolutely never purchase from these people. Having read the reply I stand by this review

In my experience, Soundbright clearly was my choice due to helpful customer service emails, not pushy at all. During the sale the company sent detailed receipt and tracking information as soon as it was available. Even after receipt of the aids Soundbright followed up with me to ensure my receipt of the hearing aids, and to make sure I liked my selection. I loved my choice of in-the-ear hearing aid and the people who backed them up. I am very happy so far.

don't waste your money on the minis. If you are lucky they will last 30 days. I have had three pair, the last ones lasted 9 days. The keep you going until the 45 day warr. is up. These are junk. When the do work they whistle at any little noise or movement. There must be something better than this junk on the market. I threw away $120
