So much Ai intervention with ordering
The poor customer service makes the value of the hearing aids a real problem. It's now been 3 weeks since I ordered the Horizon Pro model. Soundbright continues to apologize, but they've been paid, yet no Horizon Pro hearing aids sent nor emails telling me they've been shipped. So frustrating.

This is a fine quality hearing aid
This is a fine quality hearing aid. Great clarity of sound. Amazed at the sounds I was missing before using this. The price is very reasonable for such a quality product.

The Horizon One hearing aids are very…
The Horizon One hearing aids are very good at an amazingly affordable price. I did struggle some with the ordering process, but on use and value, they are pretty good. So I ordered Horizon Pros over 3 weeks ago. I've paid for them and, in response to my complaints on lack of delivery, I get email promises, but NO HEARING AIDS! So frustrating!

The hearing aids were as advertised.
The hearing aids were as advertised. They were very easy to put on and fit. The company has a very reasonable return policy. Best of all, I hear MUCH better, with these hearing aids, than I did before. I endorse them wholeheartedly.
