The Soundbright Mini was easy to use and worked remarkably well. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only two weeks. The company refunded the purchase price without problem. Curiously, however, the tax paid was not refunded (it usually is refunded by major retailers like Macy's or Walmart).

Your Horizon device exceeded my expectations for an OTC unit, as I have been using Oticon aids for years with an audiologist. I think the initial interaction with your firm should have started with, among other things, the measurement tool for the receiver cable length; which in my case was too short and I am still awaiting resolution. Also, my needs include using a vented dome, which I have been informed is unavailable for this model. In that case, with no option, I would have returned the aids, as the sound quality was poor (as expected). I am using Oticon domes which perfectly fit the aids, and am using their receiver screens as well since you will only sell the screens in a kit with domes that are unusable for me.

The Horizon One hearing aids are very good at an amazingly affordable price. I did struggle some with the ordering process, but on use and value, they are pretty good. So I ordered Horizon Pros over 3 weeks ago. I've paid for them and, in response to my complaints on lack of delivery, I get email promises, but NO HEARING AIDS! So frustrating!

Update: The hearing aids arrived after a delay. The company was not good about communicating or responding to my concerns, which is unfortunate because the product actually works pretty well. I am fairly satisfied with it considering the low price. Original review: I ordered based on a Review of Hearing devices. I am not even sure the article is genuine. The device did not ship, and the company did not respond to any inquiries I made about my order. Unfortunately, I feel I got taken by a scam. Do not make the same mistake.

Patrick, thanks for your call yesterday. I was not able to understand all you said so, thinking I needed to service my Phonaks, I did that and also had ear wax removed. Today I'm trying the Sonys with S sleeves and not hearing anything for feeling any discomfort. They are fully charged. I did watch the Sony 15 min. video and have just started the first of 5 SB videos. Attempted again to set up Sony app and failed with the pw. Keep in touch.
