Last year I went to Richmond bc clinic, the receptionist was very rude bad attitude, because I told her im deaf i lip read you need to remove your mask, she refused and treated me like a child, wanted to charge me 50 to change the tiny tubing to ear mould, i walked out, made a complaint and the person that took the complaint didn't even say anything about the rude receptionist not removing her mask, just treated me like I wanted something forr free and offered free ear mould. I dont want it i been deaf for 56 years never ever had to pay 50 for a tiny piece of plastic....

Beware of Hearinglife Canada. They advertise a free $25.00 coffee card after completion of your free hearing test. Unfortunately, when you submit your information, they call you back. They claim that they have never heard of any offer for a free $25.00 coffee gift card. Only a free hearing test. In my opinion, it is clearly unethical, verging on dishonest and deceitful means of attaining business. We cancelled our hearing test appointment after reviewing the situation and seeing that the $25.00 coffee card offer was still clearly online and being used to entice prospective clients to take hearing tests and bill them to third-party insurance companies. We strongly suggest that you avoid dealing with this company, as their means of operating is very questionable.

I had an excellent experience with Emma at Toronto Midtown Hearing Life. She took the time to listen to me and assuage my first-time hearing aid concerns. There was no pressure whatsoever and excellent after sales service and support. I have no qualms recommending this facility and staff.

While on vacation in Osoyoos BC my husbands hear aid quit. We popped into Hearing Life. Rebecca Novis was very helpful. She checked out his device and discovered that it required a part which she did not have in this store but did in Oliver. She asked if we could stop by there the next day which we did and she fixed it with no issues. Thank you so much Rebecca for your wonderful help and service. Very much appreciated !

I went to hearing life at 4950 Yonge Street. I was recommended the hearing aid that cost $4000 Everyone had recommended me I go to Costco. I went and I was made aware it would not work in my situation. None would and none were sold or recommended tonme. They dont make commission on sales at Costco and they are honest. I was hurt he tried to sell an expensive one. I would have been very upset not hearing and paying $4000!

I went to the Hearing Life store in Richmond, BC not impressed at all. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. with Lily. I felt rushed because the appointments were one hour apart for the first time. First she was late taken me in by 10 minutes. So I lost 10 minutes of time there The hearing test was ok. Then we sat down to review everything and she pulls out these $7000.00 hearing aids because my hearing so bad. I do have a moderate hearing problem but I'm not deaf. Every other hearing clinic I went too made me aware of that.

After reading the reviews from other customers doing business with hearing life in Ocala Florida and Hearing Life as a corporation, my concers and disatisfaction was validated. I urge anyone considering using Hearing Life will think twice before using this overpriced and very unprofessional company for their Hearing needs.

Payed 4000.00 for my hearing aids I should have bought them for Amazon. The aids that I have help me hear better but every sound is amplified if I'm talking to someone or just watching TV every background sound is amplified they no better than hearing amplifiers.
