NEVER AGAIN... Incompetent and Unprofessional.... but they do Get your Royalties... sending you them is another story
This is my second review.... Well it started out well in 2012 and when I relinquished the contract in 2022 i was cut out of the Payoneer account and locked out of my account so I can't even retrieve my unpaid royalties... I've never seen a company so eager to keep songwriters Royalties ..but then I started to think their just another entity that does the same ..... i did the verification 6 months ago its all a sham... The hard work and money put in to record and release my music isn't easy for any independent artist and when you rely on your own music to fund itself these vultures feed off of everyone.. bottom feeders.. riding the coat tails of others....Horrible experience

In early 2023, we introduced a new payment system to provide more payment provider options for our clients and create a smoother tax experience. This decision was driven by feedback from our clients and a commitment to improving operational efficiencies. I want to assure you that the update was never intended to withhold royalties from our songwriters. Quite the opposite – our goal was to make it even easier for clients to receive the royalties they’ve rightfully earned. The reason your royalties weren’t paid previously was due to your payment method and tax information not being updated.
