Updating Splits after submitting with omissions
I sent an email with all the update Splits information and SongTrust process my request without any problems. Turn around time could be a little bit faster, it took around 72 hours plus the Weekend.

They are not paying out royalties and customer support is not responding
They haven't paid me for royalties from streaming platforms for over 2 years. Customer support never responds (if they do, they just say that they are looking at your case and will reach back shortly, but they never do). Please for your own sake don't use their services!!

Hi Artūras, thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We do not ever hold royalties and/or not pay them out to clients unless they are under the quarterly $25 threshold, there is a negative balance that needs to be recouped, tax information or payment method is not validated or updated in an account, or we have reason to believe there is suspicious activity with the account. I'm very sorry to hear you have been waiting for a response from our Support Team. I flagged your requests and have made sure someone from our Support team gets back to you ASAP. Streamlined and Easy To Use
The song onboarding process is going really well. Songtrust have made the steps very straight forward, integrated and streamlined. Every part of the step by step process is easily explained and prompted. The dashboard is also easy to navigate. Songtrust’s publishing website is set up really well for putting songs on there… Now let’s see what they can do!!

Bad customer service
Both me and my cowriter were trying to ask the same question about out dashboards. Neither one of us got a reply. I even tried to call and it was busy or Nobody picked up.

Terrible Service - Still Owed Royalties After Cancellation
I canceled my Songtrust account in 2023 due to their lack of support and consistent delays in payments. Now, in 2024, I'm still owed royalties, even though my songs have over 20 million views, as confirmed by GEMA. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, Songtrust has failed to provide any real assistance or updates on my payments. It’s unacceptable that I’m still chasing money after canceling my account. This company is an absolute shame for anyone serious about their music career.

Hi Alan, thanks for your feedback. Our records show we successfully collected a significant amount of royalties for you during your time with us. Please note that Songtrust does not proactively relinquish rights to songs upon cancellation. To stop pay sources like GEMA from sending royalties to us, your new administrator or publisher must proactively file their own claims to update those registrations. Until they do, we may still receive residual income on your behalf, which you can continue to access by logging into your Songtrust account. We recommend coordinating with your new representative to ensure they have updated their status with GEMA to reflect their entitlement to collect moving forward.
