The Solid-Merch team was amazing! They worked with me to print 7 valued archival CDs, walked me through the process of obtaining licensing when needed, communicated beautifully to make sure everything was on track and delivered on time!

Process was very complicted but the customer service team was exceptional even when they were not able to do certain things on their end. They were always courteous, excellent response time and truly made an effort to assist. Product was delivered on time, well packed and as created. Bravo!

Solid has no integrity to speak of. After receiving a completely botched order, I was told I could reorder at full cost and they’d possibly do better -even though they initially half-heartedly agreed the product was trash. Once AtoZ refused to make amends in any way, they ignored further emails. I was a long time repeat customer.

How easy it was to user the service

The production date got moved back, so they shipped later, than they sat for 5 days less than a 3hour drive from me, and delayed the release of the zine they are an insert to. This is the second time I've been sent this request about "tell us about your experience." I would think they would acknowledge it's been done after the one time.

I ordered Vinyl and CDs. Several of the CDs arrived damaged, they did however replace them at no cost. The vinyl has been a nightmare. I started this process in May and I am still without my records. The fidelity of the test pressings were painfully bad. They told me that was normal (Even though I've been collecting test pressings from other companies that were fine.) They sent a second round of test pressings that were better but not without flaws. (This added weeks to the process) I got an email in the beginning of August saying they had finished production and made more (285 instead of the 250 I ordered) and I would be billed for the additional ones. They also said I'd get the records by yesterday (8/31) and I would get a tracking number within a week. I followed up yesterday and was told they don't have boxes. This means they haven't had boxes, and seems like a very ambiguous oversight, and is made even more murky that I had to pry for this information. Also, I haven't received any updates in the past few weeks. They also asked when I needed these by, which was weeks ago. They told me they would 'Hotlist this for priority handling'. Yet another ambiguous, murky response without any real meaning or dates or times. Poor communication, indirect answers, oversight after oversight, still with out my records months later. 1/5 stars.

The order was done quickly, but there was a slight issue and they were happy to fix it immediately at no extra charge! I’ve always been very happy with this company and expect the best from them!
