I have used the bum bum cream the yellow one, for several years and use to love it! It had an amazing smell and it was thick and non greasy. They have changed the formula to something more watery and it barely has a scent now. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it, because usually you aren’t fixing anything. They took an amazing product and made it mediocre!

Worst customer service ever. They won't help you at all. You won't receive any of your products or your money back. Stay away from this scam.

Received a product that leaked during transit. I have emailed 3 times but get nothing but automated response that the email has been received. No response. The product is nice, what we have of it, but it should have been packed better and customer support should help out. Just know you are rolling the dice if you order product.

Took my money and never recieved the products!! No one answers emails, chats, or answers the phone!!! I am going to contact my bank and report! DO NOT ORDER from them-Just Put your money in a wishing well-At least you will get a wish. HORRID!! Really just wanted the products, they took the money and ran!

Have been using Bum Bum Cream for years, which I normally purchase in-store. I purchased online because I would get a 10 percent discount. When it finally arrived, I almost passed out from the gosh awful smell and got a bad headache from it. It had a strong chemical smell. It smelled nothing like it should. Needless to say, I was NOT going to put this on my skin. Things got worse when I tried to return it. While clicking around on the site trying to figure out what reason to use for my return, I clicked "bad reaction" and it immediately flashed ineligible for return because obviously it assumes that you used it, which I did not. It wouldn't let me correct it. Like most of the reviews, customer service is non-existent. No chat and only automated response to the several emails sent. My deadline to return is soon and I have been trying to return it for almost a month. I finally started a claim with Paypal. This is my favorite face and body cream but will only purchase in store. I do not know what is going on with this company, but I went to Sephora today they didn't have one Sol De Janeiro product available, only testers and didn't know when they would receive new product. Even if I'm able to return it, it says I would be charged a restocking fee of around $12. and return shipping. Not fair that I would only receive half my money back for what is obviously a bad batch that is totally unusable. I want all of my {$47.--} money back! Shame on you Sol De Janeiro.
