bad products - nothing worked for me and not worth the price.

Purchased the perfume mist/body 62 spray a while back. Before it was even half way down the spray top stopped working and won’t spray the perfume very well now. For being a more expensive body spray this is not good enough. The product is not good quality for the money so think before you buy

Dans l'ensemble, les brumes sentent bons mais malheureusement ne tiennent que 10 seconde sur la peau. Trop cher pour ce que ça vaut réellement, je m'oriente dorénavant vers des dupes (qui tiennent vachement mieux).

I love the sents a lot but I brought a gift sets (62,40,48) and reciever 40 and two 62’s although I love the sent I was very exited to try 48 and got disappointed.

Got the pack of perfumes once, they were amazing. They kept charging my card over and over, sending more perfume when I was under the impression of a one time purchase. After the second batch of perfume, I tried to email them to cancel, nobody answered by that time I got another charge on my card. The third set of perfumes I got literally just smelt like alcohol. I was very disappointed, and will not be buying from this company again. Feel like that’s a scam, if people are reoccurring costumers they should at least not have to worry about the quality.

So I received my package of two sol de janeiro perfumes and one had leaked all over the box and so about 1/4 was gone. These aren’t super cheap and contacted the company via email three times to find out if they could do something and got no response… think my daughter will have to find a different perfume.

I have used the bum bum cream the yellow one, for several years and use to love it! It had an amazing smell and it was thick and non greasy. They have changed the formula to something more watery and it barely has a scent now. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it, because usually you aren’t fixing anything. They took an amazing product and made it mediocre!

Received a product that leaked during transit. I have emailed 3 times but get nothing but automated response that the email has been received. No response. The product is nice, what we have of it, but it should have been packed better and customer support should help out. Just know you are rolling the dice if you order product.
