Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the paperwork that gets in the way of care. We'll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they've helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who's the right fit for your care.

After reading these reviews, I'm thinking that Solace is a scam agency. They have billed my insurance over $3000 since July and done absolutely nothing but talk and gather information regarding my situation on the phone. The conversations turn into garble and the phone disconnects on their end each time. Then Solace advocates resort to text and emails. I told her I cannot text, it is too difficult for me. No one ever comes to your home as was expected to help on a personal level. The first advocate had left employ from Solace rather abruptly with no notification. Suddenly now there is a new advocate. She cannot locate any of the files and information on me and wants to start over from ground zero most likely so Solace can bill some more bogus charges. I refused. I have no details on what these many past billings are for, but an intake appointment by phone and the first advocate finding one church resource to ask if they can help me move does not equate to those exorbitant charges. I had also told the previous advocate that I had already contacted that particular church to ask for help, so actually she had done nothing at all to help me find resources! I'm thinking that I need to contact the Medicare Fraudulent Billing Department. This is awful to do this to the sick and elderly who are already burdened. It is eating up all of my allowance for actual help at this point with this bogus billing to my insurance. I have asked for details on the charges. Do not use this agency!

I was very excited to learn that an organization such as Solace exists. I have gone through an enormous number of Health challenges over the last couple of years. And frankly it has had a tremendous effect on me mentally. I have become so tired of fighting all the different entities that said and say they are helping me. You folks came along just at the right time. My Advocate, Amie, has been so easy to work with. She has been so eager to help me and her experience really shines through!

My advocate's name is Tiara. She is an amazing person. She stays in contact with me, answers my questions, is very patient and goes out of her way to find out answers to my questions. She is extremely helpful to me and she is very professional but also very comforting to me.

My solace advocate Jennifer is wonderful. She keeps up with things better than I do. It feels like we’ve known each other forever. She is so professional and so so sweet when we talk it actually makes me happy. It is so good to have someone that I can talk to about things going on in my life. I truly appreciate her in every way! At this point I don’t know what I would do without her. Sincerely Kimberly Horton

I have been so lucky to have found this organization and my advocate, whom I just adore, Bardi Toto. As a 67-year-old woman, I am aging rapidly due to untreated sleep apnea for more than a decade. I am just unable to wear a CPAP mask, and I have begged for alternative therapies but always get nowhere. I have recently undergone zygomatic implant surgery for both upper and lower jaws, which will allow me to wear a dental device for sleep apnea. After speaking with Bardi for one visit, she was able to locate a dental company in my area that will take Medicare and can make this device. I am overjoyed to have someone looking out for my health. From the moment you speak with Bardi, you know you are in good hands. I feel so relieved to be with Solace and Bardi.
