Got the misunderstanding with doctor and insurance figured out after months of denials for prescription

I just turned 71 and because of technology changing obtaining medical care is a nightmare for me. This service has so far improved my quality of life and reduced the stress of dealing with our insurance run and cared for medical quagmire. Instead of dealing w dozens of apps and texts that take over my life my advocate figures much of that out for me. Otherwise you know the routine, half days spent on the phone to get in,…..

I am a complicated medical case. But my needs were pretty clear. I already had two months of home health approved by my insurance. But I never got any of it. And I had four stat referrals that I just needed someone to follow up on why the appointments hadn't been scheduled. And help setting up and being prepared for a couple surgeries. And have been struggling with my Medicare advantage insurance for the last 2 years. Being denied treatment or not knowing how to apply for treatment, getting nowhere. Despite writing letters to every government official and medical organization up to the president. With no response except for the presidential automatic email reply. So I finally find this company and the first 2 nurses, they spend six weeks doing nothing. While i'm texting and calling and begging for help and updates getting replies, like we're working on it, I'm trying, etc. And yes, I'm upset, because I'm a person in chronic physical and emotional pain that has been trying for 2 years to get help with no luck. And I hire these people, and in six weeks, not a single thing has happened. So finally, they give me a nurse that actually seems like what I truly needed. That I was looking for, that started to do more in 1 day than they did the first six weeks, and I had my hopes up. That finally, I might get some help with my health. And then they decide to discontinue me as a patient. Because they don't want to deal with an aggravated client that's upset because of their disservice, but the client is the one that gets punished. So i've completely lost all hope now, thanks to this company, as it was my last resource. And if they would have just provided me an adequate nurse or a great nurse like the last one I had, at the beginning, everything would have been fine. But now my hopes were lifted. My hopes were dashed and now my hopes are gone thanks to this company. I think they're terrible and heartless and worthless. The last nurse sounded wonderful, totally on the ball, had a whole plan set out, spent a couple hours talking to me, scheduled future appointments. And then I get an email that my service is discontinued, so thank you Solace I give up now. I've tried every resource I could find to help me. I thought this nurse was a gift from God, and instead of giving the nurse a chance to prove that this company was actually great. And could do good things, they lift my hopes up. And then tear them all away. So that's why I think they're completely heartless and evil. Because you may think i'm exaggerating, but i'm not that this was my last effort of trying to get help. So seriously, I give up at this point. So like I said before, thank you Solace, for destroying all hope that I had of ever feeling decent again in my life. I love how the people that need the most help are the ones that fall through the cracks and are forgotten. We always get blamed, because we're the most difficult to deal with, but does anybody ever take into account what we've gone through in our lives and maybe that's why we're struggling so hard to even maintain our composure. And that's the extent of how bad we really need help. But instead, we're just problematic patients that nobody wants to deal with. So our lives just continue to get worse.

Having spent much of my career in healthcare leadership, I recognize exceptional patient-centered care when I see it. Solace is filling a tremendous gap in our healthcare system. I also had the privilege of communicating personally with Jeremy, the founder, whose genuine concern for our family speaks volumes about the culture he is building. Tahira W. Is my nurse and I am so grateful for her. She’s always available to help in any way she can. She is both personable and professional. Helped me navigate my way in a new area and found me an excellent doctor. I know should I ever need assistance with a walker, cane, doctor, transportation or any other things, she will be there. Excellent service, I recommend her to everyone.

Solace Health deserves 5 stars in my opinion. My advocate Denise, helped me a whole lot. I only wish my insurance still covered this.
