The order came in two separate…
The order came in two separate shipments, unbeknownst to me. So for a few days, I thought I was missing parts. The piece looks beautiful once finished, but it comes in a million pieces

Sohnne furniture purchase experience
I ordered CH07 Shell chair from Sohnne. They have fantastic collection of modern designer furniture. My experience interacting with Hans felt very positive. He patiently answered my questions and made me feel a valued customer. I wil look to Sohnne for any of my future furniture purchases.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a chair from them and the order came in not as ordered, I started working Freddy from Sohnne and worked diligently over a week to get my situation resolved for all parties concerned. If you ever have an issue with Sohnne ask for Freddy he was great to work with!!!

Happy with my Haller Console
I purchased the Haller Console from Sohnne. I had hoped to buy the original, but the cost was out of reach, so after a lot of research I decided to order from Sohnne. While I noticed a few quality issues during assembly, the finished piece is outstanding for the price, definitely a 5-star return on investment. The real test came when one of the cabinet doors arrived defective. My heart sank at the thought of returning such a heavy, bulky piece of furniture. But after I sent photos to Sohnne, they immediately FedExed me a replacement part. I also called customer service three times, and each time a real person picked up right away. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and helpful. Now I have a beautiful Haller Console, a positive experience to match, and the confidence to order from Sohnne again. Although there were some manufacturing quality issues, for the price I cannot complain. Bravo, a 5 star trustworthy company!

I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience. For some reason I didn't get shipping notification from Sohnne and worries about the delivery, but I got the delivery on time, notication followed a week later... Weird, I know, but the couch was delivered in great condition.

Your In Good Hands With Sohnne…
Colt Turner is the kind of Sohnne Customer Service worker you would be lucky to have in your corner when an issue arises. I ordered a beautiful Bauhaus chair, but due to a miscommunication, I asked Sohnne to cancel my order and refund my money. Sohnne had no obligation to do so, but Colt was on the case and with principled understanding he arranged a refund for me. Sohnne is an honest company. Great Products and Service from Sohnne!
Adam and all the crew at Sohnne went the extra mile to resolve an ordering issue that I had with Eames Lounge Chair items. They understood the issue and were quick to offer a solution and the needed parts for minimal cost. Much appreciated! We now own our Sohnne copies of the Eames Lounge Chair and the Eames Executive Office Chair and are enjoying them very much! We will be ordering more classic remakes from Sohnne in coming months.
