I ordered a Togo sofa configuration but needed a bit of a customization. Alex at Sohnne was so helpful with making sure I got the configuration I wanted. Delivery took significantly longer than advertised. It's likely that everything is made to order overseas and the process just takes longer. But Alex has been proactive about notifying me of the delay and sending me updates once it finally shipped. The first piece arrived today and it's stunning. The quality is really nice, especially for the price and I believe it was worth the wait. Sohnne could do a better job being more transparent and upfront on their website about shipping/delivery timelines so customers can manager their expectations accordingly. But all in all, I'm really happy I was able to get my dream sofa at a price I could afford.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I recently received my sofa from Sohnne, and beyond how beautiful the piece itself is, I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service I experienced throughout the process. Adam and Ethan were always responsive, professional and attentive, making communication easy from the beginning. But I especially want to thank Steve. Without Steve, I honestly don’t think I would have received my sofa. The delivery situation became quite complicated at one point, and Steve went far beyond what most people would have done. He stayed involved the entire time, kept searching for solutions, followed every detail personally and never once made me feel abandoned during the process. His patience, dedication, professionalism and genuine kindness made all the difference. So yes, I absolutely love my sofa — but what I will remember most from this experience is the quality of the human support behind it. Thank you again, Steve.

My piece is amazing, true to the original, comfortable and beautiful. The delivery took quite some time (5 months) but it was well worth it, and the Sohnne team was always updating me on the shipping status. We are very happy with our new 50 UP armchair.

Ordered a few furniture from this company. Despite the some hiccups with shipment tracking/delays, inaccurate furniture color, and reward points not showing up, I got to give it to the company for excellent customer service and quality of their products. Andy from customer service solved a lot of my problems promptly and perfectly. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the quality and look of the chair and ottoman ordered. There was some confusion about the delivery date and white glove service coordination. The item arrived after the white glove service person came, waited and left. I was not aware that the delivery people would only bring the huge boxed package into the lobby of my building. I had to make a large tip to the delivery people to bring the item into the elevator and up to the 18th floor. Fortunately, we discovered the chair and ottoman were already assembled. When I alerted customer service representative Hans Edward that I wasn't able to use the white glove service, he kindly reimbursed me the cost of the service. Alls well that ends well. Thank you.

I purchased a Eames replica chair, and while clearly a replica, the quality is to my liking. The whole of the initial transaction was off to a (very) rocky start, Diego (the GM) intervened to resolve all issues to my satisfaction. Thank you, Diego, for all of your efforts.

Egg Chair and Stool came direct from China instead of 🇺🇸and was not to advertised description causing Sohnne a returns problem. After some lengthy persistence, Diego brought about a successful conclusion which was much appreciated.
