Beautiful Fritz Credenza and Excellent Customer Service I chose Sohnne for my Fritz Credenza because its design perfectly complemented a USM Haller side table I already own. Although the credenza was listed as available for quick shipping, delivery took considerably longer than expected. Sohnne compensated me with substantial credit points toward future online purchases, which I appreciated. The credenza arrived completely unassembled. I had declined white-glove delivery, but unfortunately, the online assembly instructions were not particularly helpful. This is where Valentino P from Sohnne’s customer care team really made a difference. He stepped in, reassured me that Sohnne would help, and provided instructional videos that enabled me to assemble the credenza perfectly. The finished piece looks beautiful and complements my room exactly as I had envisioned. Despite the delivery delay and initial assembly challenges, I am very pleased with the final result and especially grateful to Valentino for his responsiveness, reassurance, and excellent customer service.

I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive ordering furniture online, especially from a company like Sohnne that I never heard of until I found them online. Every customer service question that I had from the night of the order until the day of delivery was answered within hours, if not minutes. Everyone was very eager to make sure that I had the right experience. Yes, my chair did take a while to arrive, but there was absolutely zero radio silence, I was sent a photo of it from the factory, and I was kept up to date by Sohnne staff. The chair that I ordered was of very high quality. The fabric is gorgeous. There were no corners cut here. Given tarriffs and other costs, the price paid is extremely reasonable. Based on my experience, I would recommend Sohnne to someone looking to get a high quality product that would be unaffordable elsewhere. Oh, and my name is Howard, not Howrad :)

I purchased the Togo brown leather 3-seat sofa about year ago, and as far as the quality and price point i give this a sold 5 stars. So far the couch has held up and looks as new as when it was deliveredzAs a lot of the reviews mentioned, depending on the product, the delivery from purchase can be a few months. So keep that in mind, they are at this price point because the product is made over seas. shipping was not ideal, the 3rd party company never took it out of the create - which created A LOT of hassle for me. However, the customer service has been very responsive and throughout the build of my (custom) sofa they took pictures of the finished sofa before sending it. So great price, long wait, and not ideal shipping. But worth the build quality and price. Alex has been a great help and like i said, they have been responsive in my experience.

The chair I purchased was high quality material and very stylish. Usually this style would cost much more. I needed a small repair following a few months of use to tighten some loose bolts. The repair was completed at my home professionally and quickly by a professional for no charge. I will definitely buy again and recommend others consider doing the same,
