I purchased two Barcelona chairs from Sohnne after going to my local furniture store where I found that chairs represented as leather actually had synthetic backs and sides for a higher price than the excellent quality furniture I purchased from Sohnne. I would commend customer service representative Samuel for his timely and courteous response. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and will order from them again.

Stephanie was always responsive and handled everything in the most professional way. We had a delay with shipping the items to Brazil (personally, I learned the hard way how tough it is to send stuff down there... a nightmare more like it!). But Sohne (Stephanie) handled it perfectly. I was very happy with the service provided and I am happy with the purchase. The chairs are yet to be assembled (construction delay), but I highly recommend buying from Sohne, just don't ship anything to Brazil, unless you want some excitement in your life... (all jokes aside, Sohne handled it very well).

We encountered some unexpected issues with the orders, but they resolved them in the best possible way to ensure my products arrived as expected. Chester assisted me with great patience and dedication, and for that, I am very grateful. This brand is 100% recommended, and their products are of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. What I liked most about the products is that they look exactly like they do in the photos. I encourage you to give them a try :)

A day after I ordered my new chair I received an email from Stephanie notifying me that the color of chair I ordered was out of stock and it would be about a month until it would be back in stock. She asked me if I would be interested in a substitute color that was in stock and ready to ship. It so happened that both colors had been given strong consideration when I was originally selecting my chair it was more or less a toss up so I took her up on the offer to go with the second option. Stephanie quickly confirmed the change and told me she would make sure to communicate the change accordingly. A few days after our correspondence I checked my order status on-line but it did not appear that the chair had shipped yet. I sent a follow up email to Stephanie and within 24 hours heard back that my chair had shipped with a Fedex tracking number that showed it was due to arrive that same day. My chair did arrive on schedule and I'm thrilled with how it looks and how it feels when I sit in it. Beyond the chair itself I'm extremely happy with the level of personalized customer service and follow up that I received from Stephanie that made the whole experience such a pleasure.

I have purchased a replica of the eames lounge chair december last year and had a problem with one of the arm rests. It took a very long time to get this company to try and solve the issue. They sent replacement armrests but still the problem was there. I sent pictures again and then all of a sudden they told me this is normal? When i didn't agree they suggested to send a team over to investigate and try and solve the issue but it turns out they don't even have such a service available in europe... Then when i suggested to send the chair back they suggested to partially refund the money and i agreed because it already has taken so long to come to a solution and i didn't wan't to make even more costs for sending it back. They told me i would get my money back within 4 business days and this was more then a week ago but again i'm still waiting. I would NEVER recommend bying here because if you have a problem they make a lot of promises but never make them true. I have big regrets bying here. It's a replica but still costs a lot of money so for that i would expect a quality product but this is definately not the case! Again don't buy here you will only get dissapointed. Update: i have received the partial refund so that part is finally taken care of. Now still not super happy i bought here but it was finally handled. Update 2: Got offerered an even better solution by Diego from Sohnne and now am fully happy about the whole situation.

I received my Barcelona chair and ottoman today. I love it! It took longer to receive than expected, but it was worth the wait.

Had a small issue with an order I placed. When I reached out the issue was handled promptly by Chester is customer service and quickly resolved.
