SohnneReviews of sohnne.com

Thank you Stephanie and Chester, the customer service is A+. Very helpful in placing my order courteous and patient.I found the perfect chair and fell in love. Will definitely be ordering again. Please add the Barcelona sofa and loveseat to match my chair please

I purchased two of their Barcelona chairs. We had some shipping damage issues, however, Diego Garcia the General Manager came thru and took care of the problem. The products are well made and they look great. Thank you

Updated Review 30/Oct/2024 First off, we did eventually receive the 2 Barcelona chairs in June-2024. Yes, it's still a lengthy shipping time but the products received are in good condition and quality as shown on Sohnne's website. We are extremely pleased which proves Sohnne is still a trustworthy company selling quality products. More importantly, Diego Garcia, their General Manager, has carefully reviewed my case and responded promptly offering solutions and improvements on their customer service. This has demonstrated their management does care about their customers and products sold. My experiences with the shipping misinformation received prior was most likely from 1 inexperienced customer service rep. I'm glad management has taken the time to review and has also taken action to correct. Again, this shows care and sincerity. Turning negatives to positives takes more to win customers' trust back. So kudos, Diego!! Your proactive & tireless follow-ups and solution-oriented mindset are greatly appreciated!

The company was great to work with. They answered questions via chat on heir website which I love. The reviews online were helpful and the customers photos are always incredibly informative. Assembly of my replica chair was a little tricky as other reviewers said but I figured it out. There was one spot on the leather that was slightly discolored but overall I’m very happy with the chair.

I ordered office chair but never was received. I spoke with representative on their website via messaging option. Representative told me my order had been transferred to a different carrier and a new tracking number would be provided. I also asked for my order number but stated his system was down and he could not pull it up but would send in the email promised. I was wondering how can he see that there was a change in the freight company without looking at his computer? I waited a day but never got the email so he basically lied. I dont think this is a reputable company so buyer be ware. I am requesting this company be investigated.

The chair matched the description on the website and all the positive reviews. I've had an Eames chair on my wish list for years. I don't ever see myself spending that kind of money for the real deal. While I've sat in authentic Herman Miller Eames chairs a few times, there is no difference I could find between this replica and the real deal. Very pleased with my purchase! Shout out to Diego

Wonderful chair!! The craftsmanship and leather are excellent. The only issue I had was attachment of the arm rests. It was difficult to Aline the mounting screws to the holes.Other than that, am very pleased with my purchase.

My chair was delivered quickly and there was great communication throughout the process. There was a minor difference between the armrests that I needed to be replaced. Stephanie from customer support was amazing in helping to resolve the issue. She communicated promptly, in a friendly manner, and kept me aware at every step. Would highly recommend the company for furniture and for the peace of mind from quality customer support.
