The chairs were delivered quickly, and their color is fantastic. I'm very pleased with these products.

I wasn't totally happy with my purchase once I received it. My customer service rep was great to work with. Rey went above and beyond to come up with a solution to make me happy!

After calling on the phone to ensure two chairs were in stock for immediate shipment, I was lied to for weeks (AFTER PROCESSING PAYMENT) as to when they would actually ship. I cancelled the order after 3 weeks - and they still shipped this 6 weeks late!! And sent defective chairs. They promised to pick these up for return ( never happened), promised repeatedly to issue a refund ( never did), I spoke to many people at Sohnne/ Equinoxhome who made up their names, asked for photos, told me they would send FedEx to pick-up - all in a fraudulent effort to cheat me out of my money. AND: these chairs are a poor quality - nothing like the chairs they copied......STAY AWAY if you value your money and sanity. *********UPDATE - 08-14-2024 - I want to be crystal clear that the response from Sohnne (below) is full of lies and none of the things they have replied with are true: I was NEVER contacted by them, ever. They never offered to resolve my problem or refund my money. They stalled repeatedly in an attempt to hope I would go away. They were dishonest from my first interaction with them, they refused to cancel the order even before they shipped anything, and they most certainly DID NOT "... made several attempts to contact you to resolve this issue..." - They have failed on every level - All these glowing reviews here at Trustpilot are bogus , generated by the folks at Equinox Home / Sohnne...THIS IS A SCAM - Protect yourself, and don't buy here!!! You have been warned. UPDATE - 08-15-24 --- More Lies!! The claim that "We’ve made several attempts to contact you to resolve this issue, and we genuinely want to assist..." is just untrue - If you really wanted to contact me or resolve the issue you have, from my order info and multiple contacts I made to you, my phone number, address, email address, cell phone number - How hard could it be to contact me? Your constant attempts to cover up this fraud is pathetic. BUYERS: Stay Away!! UPDATE - 12-01-25 --- Still More Lies! Not sure why Shonne decided to respond after more than a YEAR - !!...but my original information remains true: Never Refunded my money, Never tried to resolve issues, Never arranged a pick up of the damaged chairs, Never called me even once - yet they had my phone #, Email address, Home Address , etc - They are just trying to seem responsive on Trustpilot - DON'T BE FOOLED - Stay Away.

I want to edit my review since I was contacted by their company and they understood the problem and provide me with a refund which was a satisfactory result for me. I wanted to say the site is LEGIT and I would probably buy from them again in the future. Thank you Sohnne for being honest. The site is a SCAM! I got a Ermmes Tall Chair in February 2nd and today in July 02nd and i still do not have my chair. I received a box with several missing parts so I can not assemble my chair. they promissed to send me the missing parts but they only sent ONE of them and also in the wrong size. I still can NOT assemble my chair. Please, please, make yourself a favor and stay CLEAR of this company so you don't loose your time, money and energy dealing with this scammers.

Ordered the Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman and Sohnne was helpful due to the fact I was not going to present for the initial delivery times. I called to ask for a hold on shipping and it was no problem. When I arrived at the delivery site, the boxes were waiting for me and had been delivered within an hour of my arrival.

This is an extensive review of both a replica of the Eames chair & ottoman, and also my experience with the company. In both cases my reaction is highly favorable. When I ordered it, I was expecting delivery in 3-5 business days. After 10 or more days, I was understandably worried but then I received a reassuring email from the company (Stephanie). I received the order in two packages a few days later left at the garage of my condo. I had paid for white glove service but I hadn't heard from the company. After waiting 3 days with unopened boxes in my living room, I asked my son to help me set up the chair+ottoman. The ottoman worked out well according to the instructions, the chair less so. Like most DIY instructions some steps don't always work out as one expects. In this case one of the bolt holes need redriling and the rubber sleeve that holds the chair seat needed marginally shaved to fit the o-ring at the bottom. I happened to be blessed with a talented son. The end result is an excellent replica hardly distingishable from an original (which I checked out). I am extremely pleased with the chair and ottoman. The leather is real and of a high quality. I sent an email requesting a refund of the white glove fees. I first received a very polite email from Stephanie offering local white glove service at a time of my convenience. When I replied with a photo of the assembled chair+ottoman, Stephanie informed me that the company would refund the fees that I had paid for. They have since done so. In all her correspondences, Stephanie was respectful, polite and professional. As a company Sohnne has shown itself to be responsive and keeping to their word. As for its product, with a little care and patience, one gets a replica of a high quality. Can't ask for more.

I am a recent purchase of a Eames office chair. I highly recommend. I am very satisfied with this product. Also I needed to call customer service and they handled my question with ease and quickly!

I ordered two barcelona chairs premium and was very astonished by the high quality of material and comfort. (Delivered in less than 10 days) I would recommend to anybody this company!
