They are horrible all around in every possible way, performance- it stopped working within a few days. Bateeries didnt last a quarter of as long as it should've. I tried contacting customer service by phone and email for over a month now, all I've received is a 10% of coupon with $50+ purchase. SMOKTECH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SATISFACTION AT ALL. My issue was covered under smok manufacturer defect warranty. They want it break and stop working so you go and spend another $100 to $200 on a new product and repeat this cycle nonstop. They benefit from their dishonesty and we suffer from it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SMOK. Yhave been warned. Any other company is better than SMOK

Just bought the new innovative novo vape and within 3 days it malfunctions and can't be charged anymore. After doing some research most people are having this issue, better than that I can't get a refund for the item! Why sell something if it breaks in less than a week smh.

Worst everything that they are producing

Wish I could give a zero. That rubber insert at the top is a joke. Bubbled after first fill and the one that came with it did the same. Have bought 3 in 1 year because they flat out die! Can’t even get ahold of customer service. Never again will I buy one!

Purchased a vape £85 less than 3 mths ago from chameleon vapes. Went there as mod not working only to be told 30 days warranty only. Email Smok with picture off box and receipt and guess what? They don't reply totally in disgust with shop and Smok. Emailed Smok 3 times and not had the decency to respond. Well Trading Standards Monday morning here I come. Not going to get away with this Smok. So angry

I bought a smok mag grip for 100 dollars at my local vape store. Less than 1 month afterward I woke up and took it off of the charger. It was posessed. The settings and temps and wattage would inexplicably go up and down. It was all over the map. Fortunately my local vape store made it right and traded me out for an Ijoy shogun univ mod. Im completely satisfied with it. No smok no more. Do Not Buy Smok!!!!

Tired of this brand's mod's. The tank is good, but their mods are crap. I've been using them for a year, I've gone through 5 mods. One actually blew up on me, the firing button malfunctioned, spilt hot oil on my hand and burnt me. Every single one breaks within a few mon

One star. Just read the other reviews. Every smoke product ive purchased, the mini usb charging port burns out within 3 months or breaks, as mine just did again for the 3rd time in 12 months. Extremely unsatisfied. The 3rd time wasnt the charm and now im going to have to move on to a different brand.
