They are selling cheap made China products! They claim to have a 6 month warranty but they don’t fill it!! There customer service is complete garbage and takes over a week to even get a answer!! They won’t replace under warranty and sold u a cheap product to start with!! Stay far away from smok!!!!!

They don't last but maybe a year or so. Not very happy...

I now own three SMOK mods. The G pri v 2 luxe. Which is the best touch screen. The I pri v the only talking mod. And the T pri v the best LED lights. Each one gave me difficulti es at first until I played around with them. The I pri v has had trouble talking. I returned one back. The next one has had the same trouble. I am waiting for them to come out with some upgraded firmware to make it better. All three mods have a unique vape, and they are all good. The G pri v has the smoothest hit. The I pri v has the hardest hitting hit. The T pri v is inbetween. The rainbow paint job on both the g pri v and the I priv are outstanding. The T pri v is rasta red because it was the only color available. Once the LEDs kick in to play, the last thing you notice is the paint. I really don't know what everybody is bitchin about with SMOK the only cons are the delayed vape on the G pri v and T pri v and the I pri v continues to vape a couple of seconds after you stop pressing the bar. All you have to do is learn their characteristics and ajust. The other con is that they use a lot of power, and need to use freshly charged batteries often. They do however deliver a good consistent vape. I really enjoy Vaping on all three mods. Kudos to you SMOK!

Not sure how everyone has issues as my alien is lasting very well almost 2 year old without s issue along with my mag kit again no problems or anything. I have stayed with smok for years as they work fantastic I just assume some people are very heavy handed with things and that's why they break. Only time I had an issue was getting the firmware for the alien as it needed reinstalling but other than that no problems. I use the mesh coils on my Prince Tank which last at least 3-4 weeks without any loss of flavour or burnt tastes now these are so much better than the old designs which maybe lasted 2 weeks per coil. Very happy chap here now to think of what else to buy next time.

I've got a smok p25 it's a all in one pen style vape very happy with it but was only 40 pound so if it goes wrong I'm not stressed , like I said very happy with it at the mo

Horrible !! I have bought 3 Smok vapes all 80$-100$ and not one has lasted a year. The first one just completely stopped working . The second had issues and now this last one is possesed the temperature just keeps changing , it keeps locking on its own and it’s useless. Stay away from Smok !! Expensive and poorly made.

Terrible terrible stay away... the whole thing fell apart after 1 month.. so many issues with this mod.... cost me £100 just a waste of money...

One of the worst vape companies out there. When I first switched from cigarettes to vapor, I initially bought a Smok alien (and a baby beast tank), then a Smok stick, and then another Smok alien (with a cloud beast king tank). All in all probably about $200. Each product gave me consistent problems in every form imaginable for a vaporizer: leaking juice, constantly chipping paint, severe battery issues after 4 months (for all 3, 4 months is when the circuitry started getting wonky), bottom of the mod falling off, tanks unable to lock (happened to all 3 of them), and perhaps worst of all DUD coils!! From tons of vendors, for all my tanks, trying all different types of coils, Smok coils are ALWAYS 60% duds. Priming it, poking holes in the cotton, letting it sit for a day in juice, screwing it in as tight/loose as possible; I've done everything over the past couple years and without fail 3 out of the 5 coils in the pack (sometimes more, rarely less, always at least 2) will be duds; it instantly tastes like burnt cotton, and withing a day it's unbearable and you need to put in a a new coil (which will probably also be a dud). I switched to Innoken six months ago (kroma a/zenith) and I haven't had a single problem like I did with all 3 of my Smok products. It doesn't leak, coils always work (and last weeks), it's actually durable, and frankly I'm just shocked that people were actually recommending Smok vaporizers to me. It's like a whole different world, and at the same price and I can't believe I was using this Smok junk for so long. So if you're new to vaping like I was, don't just buy a Smok product because it's all you see online and seems simple like I did. Do a little extra research and you can find so many quality vaporizers out there even cheaper than Smok's products, and you won't have to deal with constantly changing/buying coils either. Stay away from Smok!!!
