SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

£85 x priv broke after 3months. Overall poor build quality on top end. Poor quality threading to seat atomizer.Leaks, overheats and projects hot vape fluid out top.Dangerous! Unable to return to retailer as living in a different country and way too much hassle to post to U.S for unspecified fee and return time. Just throw your money in the bin instead of buying this at least it wont burn your house down that way.

I've sent 4 emails and I haven't gotten a response yet. Here I thought ordering from the manufacturer would make everything run smoothly, but clearly it doesn't. I placed Order on 2019.02.04. Nothing told me about the Chinese New Year delay until after I had place my order which already ticked me off. they allegedly went back to work on the 12th and here I am on the 19th (now the 23rd) and DHL still does't have my shipment (they messed up and linked DHL instead of the actual shipper Fedex)! I paid a ridiculous amount of money for shipping such a small package ($16) and it still isn't shipped 7 days after they went back to work! Clearly they don't work or I would have my product by now. Clearly the good Smok reputation was crap! I have already contacted paypal regarding my essentially stolen money. I guess that's what I get from ordering from Smok a bunch of lying thieves. After weeks of silence they emailed me and said would a coupon make me feel better. A coupon??? really?! bunch of THIEVES!

Have had to give one star to write a review I bought a nord device it was great until I had to buy replacement coils which all burnt out within a day of use I primed them and didn’t do anything different I was told to email them from the shop of purchase which are also useless and after 3 emails they have not replied utterly rude customer service

Every single smok product I have bought over the last 6 years has failed and ceased to work after only a few weeks of normal use. The last item l bought, the Smok Novo, only worked for 2 weeks and now won't fire. I have had Mods, from the Xcube 2 to the cube mini to the h-priv, that have shorted out and failed after only a couple weeks and tanks that started leaking after a few coil replacements or my person favorite is coils that have just come apart and spilled an entire 3-5 ml of juice.

I love smok products, have not had an issue with any of them. But their customer service is HORRENDOUS. I emailed them because I paid extra for 3-7 day shipping and it won’t be here for another week when it’s already been a week and a half. All they replied back with was a screenshot of my tracking information. Yes, thank you, I too know how to click on a tracking number to check the status. But that DOES NOT CHANGE the fact that’s its a week and a half late! And they had nothing to say, no words, just the screenshot.

Started out with that pen v8 thing. Leaked and didn't charge only after a few weeks. Thought it was me. Went and bought the g priv 2. Same leaking problem and the screen broke so easy. Bad design. I'll never spend another dime on this company. It sux u have to give one star just to leave a comment. They deserve a punch in the crotch!

Great value! Too many negative comments on this page! 15$ vape prizes works as long as u don’t drop it and break it. I have had the stick 22 a few times and it always breaks because I drop it and same with most them you should try not to drop them. If u need something heavier the prince baby stick is a good value. Some the high end products are very secure and heavy duty with lots of options built in like hit count and temperature and you can change color of lights. A good affordable one I recommend is the prince baby stick, that is what I have now. No options on it except changing air intake and it works very well. The v8 is another good affordable. I have always seen people using Smok it’s just a popular brand in my opinion. Go on eBay get yourself a vape pen 22 for less than $20 if u r skeptical and just see how their low end product is. I recommend the Vapes from eBay becsmause I paid 25$ extra at smoke shop first vape pen 22 I had. Now that I have this one I plan on keeping it safe

I got dupped again. I must have went through 6 220w mods. They all stopped working 6months after I purchased. Besides the mod not working there atomizers we're horrible get one to two days per atomizer then I smartened up got a new brand has been working fine BUT I have recently switched because I liked the smok novo a small refillable salt Nic thingamajig. Two weeks after I bought it the novo it's broken already after you take a pull off of it it just keeps on pulling so I've burned through 6 filters not knowing that the thing was still pulling and it's fried everything and now I need to wait 15 days to get a replacement that's even if they accept the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
