Three weeks and my order is yet to ship. If you can, DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM SMOK; order from a vendor. Their products are mediocre and their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They will lie and provide fake tracking numbers. Not sure if they are simply spread thin, or incompetent...nonetheless, save yourself the trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I can't believe how many time this guy's take to respond an email, 4 day now and I got NOTHING, I place my order in the site on February 24 and my product isn't shipped today March 6... Horrible customer support, horrible shipping period, my G-Priv 2 broke after 6 months, I just buy another Smok Product because they give me 30 USD credit in their site, I buy another devices in another place VaporDNA and arrives nothing more than 6 days with free shipping... Shame on you SMOK, never buy something of the brand again.

Customer service is the WORST!! You want something from China that doesn’t work, they send you the wrong product, you notify them and they do nothing, and the piece of junk last less than a month, well this is the place to buy. Better go to a vape store and make face to face contact with the seller and you’ll be much better off.

As a new costumer I didn’t find a good service I’ve ordered a product on 26 February He is Pending Shipment till today in fact I’ve ordered an eliquide yesterday from another website today they sent me an email saying that my items was shipped to me I’ve paid DHL service to be quickly shipped I’ve sent email to their costumer service and they don’t respond This is not a way to treat new costumer

Mag vapor is not a company i will buy from again. My vape soon. Became defective . holding magnet fell out ( comman complaint) when i called customer service - no answer . months later when someone answered they would not replace. Unless i paid them about $ 85 for a $140. Vape. . in my opinion - as i called and wrote 5 times previous to the thing completely breaking - this is not ok. Just want to let you'all know - they sure didnt serve me well. I will not use their products again. YUCK.
