SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

At first i really liked smok product's, great flavor aesthetically pleasing. First one broke bad button second one broke bad button. Then they leak so bad. Dont hold charges. They look nice but dont last at all. I will stay away from the garbage that smok products are. Will steer friends and family away. Before they throw money down the drain.

I purchased my first vape about a month ago and the battery and the atomizer broke after 3 weeks. The limits on the warrenty and difficulty of getting a relacment sent was far to difficult. Do not waste your time or money. Buy a better brand and save in the long run. I will not be purchasing any products from smok in the future. The costomer service is poor and they are honestly not worth the hastle.

Would give it 0 starts if I could. I but to devices that each broke within 2 weeks of using it, they claim to have a guarantee and over send you a replacement, but it's painstakingly difficult, and their customer service representatives are from Asia. I think that they just hope that you don't follow through with the claim that when you're spending a $160 down the drain it becomes an issue. These are the worst devices that I have ever used in my entire life that are designed to break waste of money do not buy them. I would attach a screenshot of their actual conversation but it won't allow me . I still have not gotten my replacement even though they said that they are going to send it back, every single time they say they're going to send it they want something else, they want you to scratch an X on the side and send a picture of it or some obscure thing from the packaging that they want, I still a month later have not received my device after paying a $160 to use these 2 devices for 2 weeks. F - overall, Save your money and buy a better device there so many better devices for the same price don't let these people fool you it's garbage and they want it to break so you have to buy another one Then they jerk you around with their ridiculous warranty garbage and wait for you to give up. UPDATE: I called the US support line, who informed me that there is nothing they can do to help because they do not have the number of an English-speaking representative of the company that they are providing warranties to. They basically told me that there is nothing you can do and if they choose to replace the device than they choose to replace the device even if it is within their warranty of under 6 months seeing as how I bought an applied for the device's warranty within 2 weeks of purchase both times. They also did not apologize for the inconvenience ignored my concerns and generally didn't care. I brought up the fact that they have done this to many customers and nothing is ever been solved and they didn't really seem to care please do not buy this go somewhere else.

Ok so ill start by saying prior to this experience i was a huge smok fan. But this last purchase experience was a huge turn off. So i joined there newsletter so i was emailed a 20$ off0coupon on my next purchase, i clicked the link directly from my emailed coupon to make my purchases and it says its attached to my order plus another 10% off my entire order. I was excited about that so i went ahead and purchased to a purple priv s kit AND the green pro color kit (neither are that cheap) . I checkout choosing 3 to 5 day shipping and it shows everything worked accordingly coupons and all. Well its now almost 2 weeks later i just finally received my items. Oh btw smok has no contact number to call to find out anything about wth is up with an order only email which is ignored 99% of the time unless you mention the word refund . So i was happy i at least received them... i open up the whats suppoesed to be purple spriv kit and while the tank is the beautiful royal purple as advertised the mod is this god awful magenta pinkish which is not anything close to something id ever willingly pay 80$ for, it looks ridiculous with the purple tank... im so irritated and of course who can i call to resolve this issue? O thats right nobody

My SMOK NOVO started giving problem within a week after purchasing. Problems encountered were : 1. Battery shutting down very often after giving 4 to 5 blinks of the led. 2. Liquid from the pod directly coming into the mouth without vapourizing. 3. Ultimately one day, the battery failed to cut-out. Hot boiling liquid spilled out from the pod. It melted the pod and it got unusable forever. 4. Had requested SMOK tech for replacement. Exchanged many mails (work order no. 024078). But not yet received the replacement under warranty. N.B.: Ultimately i have received the replacement kit under warranty (within 30 days) at my brother's house in Ireland.

The customer service at smok is the worst i have come across, they do not reply to any form of communication, do not use this company they will never respond if you have issues you have (which you will)

The only vapes I need. I have the Nord, the Alien and Alien mini, the Badge and the Species. Not a single problem with 1 their tanks are fantastic as well the Big Baby, the Cloud Beast V12, the V8 those are just a few I have. If you are looking for design and functionality SMOK is your go to!
