Smok Grip is a great design and that where the praise stops. I have now had two Grips each @ £55+ within 1st 14 days the 1st one broke on the charge (mini-usb) socket and the tank leaked everywhere. 2nd one is just as old (around 3 weeks) and a new tank on this one has started leaking all over the place too, also a 20700 battery fully charged only lasts about 90min before it need recharging as well. Expensive products that just leak & give poor performance, after viewing & reading other posts on Trustpilot this company gives no feedback nor any response to many customer issues, main on being leaking juice tanks. Wish I had seen reviews before buying from this poor company, uk customer should band together & file a complaint with our Trading Standards or MP for Business as they are shockingly poor. Currently Smok have 183 reviews with mine & a score of 1.3 worse ever, yet they seem not to care about negative responses from customers & one of the worse Trustpilot review scores I have ever seen

These people are trash they never shipped right they always have an excuse for everything they why they’re terrible business paid customer and very unhappy

I have had 2 smok devices and both of them have stopped being able to be charged less than a month of having them. Not worth the hassle.

My NEW x Priv kit has my favourite fluid pouring from the air holes just like the mini I bought a few years ago it was a waist of money & no customer service to speak of from smok. I was maturing that juice for 4 yes & it's a awesome vape fluid that's now all oner the place except for inside the NEW TFV12 as it pours out of the airholes & no chance change it or get my money back Do not buy this product as it's faulty & smok don't care I thought the xPriv was a safe buy as I have the original & it still works ok! The new one still works fine just the tfv12 tank is faulty & I already have a faulty tfv mini that also leaks &gurgles. Smok never again .

Just ordered 2 of the new smok morphs. Such a down grade from the species. U took out funtionability for a keyboard? The simple fact i can no longer change the exaxt ohms anymore and have to hope that the mod realizes it correctly (which it doesnt). Its suppose to read .25. The 1 reads .22 and the other is .28. It no longer resets when you remove the atomizer so you cant get it to the correct ohms. The smaller mouth piece is not an upside. Not to mention several times now, i have set down the vape and the batteries pop out. Its brand new. Both vapes should not do this. The preheat modes are a joke. Barely any difference between them. I have been an avid smok fan for years but this is certainly a down grade from the species. In my eyes nothing that has been put out has not topped the original alien mods. Was a smok fan for life but not anymore.

This thing is awful. Immediately after using it (brand new), it leaked everywhere. I wrapped medicine tape around it to soak up the leaking oil. Such a mess. I also tried registering for the warranty... nope, website wouldn't allow you to register. This product is bogus.

low quality products made from cheap plastic and cheap microchips

Bought a Smok V8 Stick and it burned the hell out of my hand and lips right off the bat. After that it didn’t work. Total waste of money. Never got to enjoy the Vaping experience. I’m scared to vape now.
