I truly love SMOK products I have the Nord, RPM40, X-PRIV and have now ordered the RPM80 but I am fed up of having to deal with SMOK directly, Imports of this product are mind numbingly slow and SMOK will sit on your orders for weeks before sending it and after dong that have just told me it's Chinese new year and are now closed for two weeks.

DO NOT BUY SMOK! WORST COMPANY EVER! 1 in 9000 chance of getting a pod that DOESN’T leak! center pins on Nords break within 3 months.. SMOK IS AWARE OF OF THESE PROBLEMS but they won’t fix it because they just want to steal your money.. they don’t care about their products or customers. Also, their warranty is useless... NEVER BUY A SMOK PRODUCT! let SMOK go out of business please.

I have used four different Smok devices over the years and not a single one had played more than 2 months. They have horrible quality control, have no warranty and are useless in helping you good problems. The absolute worst e cig company around.

The unfortunate thing is that they make pretty good vaping units, but ALL of their tanks LEAK LIKE CRAZY! I can only assume no one at SMOK actually vapes using their own equipment. I have been through 5 different tanks, and tried multiple different coils, and watched 5 different YouTube videos that all have different advice on how to "fix" the leak problems. I still end up with a puddle of oil on the counter, and an oil soaked vaping rig. The biggest negative is that the leaking caused oil to seep into one of my Alien units, and it is now completely ruined. If you want to use their mods, I recommend their technology. Just be sure not to use ANY of their tanks.

My smok nord coils generally get 1 fill before they start flooding and spitting and tasting absolutely awful. Usually 1 or 2 in a pack doa. Smok used to be a passable company and now they totally suck. Buying a caliburn. Updated for Nord 2: sucks a bit less

Very crappy service. Will not give you answers to your emails. Took over a week to ship and I still haven't gotten my vapes. I'm very disappointed with the service and experience. Will NEVER order from them again.

I just bought the Smok mag in black and have been using it daily for 3 weeks now and it works perfect, My set up is the mag mod with the TFV 16 tank and I love it!, I bought my wife the rpm 40 and it works excellent. We own 2 MAG mods, one Black one pink, we also bought the MAG Grip and I love it as well, I have used the Mag grip and the pink mag for over a year and have had ZERO issues. SMOK IS MY FAVORITE VAPING DEVICE!

Their products are really bad quality, and their "service" is just non-existent.
