SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

Don't buy Smok product from smok site. They have the worst costumer service. Order been pending for week. They make up BS excuses. I order same item from another vape website the next day. They shipped it out and gave me tracking number. Smok has good product. But they suck at selling the product them self.

Absolute Dog sh!t I bought the smok alien 220w last year, It was fantastic for 5 days, then it just died, I thought maybe it was just a bad mod, then went with Geekvape (Fantastic BTW) I lost my Geekvape, needed something just to get me through the week, So I bought a Smok Mag V8, opened it, the tank supplied was not recognised by the Mod, lucky I had a spare Innokin Plex 510 laying around, that worked fine, the Mag lasted a whole 7 days, albeit a vast improvement from the Alien 220w, but still not good enough!! Please Please Please Avoid at all costs!!! Stick with Innokin, Greekvape, hell even the cheap sh!te from the petrol station is guaranteed to last longer than this absolute pile of dog faeces!

I ordered a smok morph 219 kit for my dad for his bday, it has been 1 week now, i ordered from the official website and it still sais pending review, i was just wondering how long it stays in this stage, if you can help contact me by emailing me at j a m i e . y a t e s 2 0 0 3 @ g m a i l . c o m , take out the spaces as trustpilot wouldnt allow me to use email

Chinese company, absolutely crap quality. The only guarantee this company can make is THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN HAVE A GOOD OLD LAUGH ABOUT IT. They should change their name Smuk. Just don’t go there! Rubbish, they do look the part, if you’ve ever bought a second hand car, apply the same mentality. Looking good is only part of any story. Heard the phrase ‘fur coat no nickers’. Smok (AVOID)

I have the smok Nord and novo I use to use the juul when I switched I could tell a big difference I’m getting more flavor and airflow every puff smok. Keep it up best vape ever.

Horrible waste of $! Crapy China company never responds to leaking, burnt taste and auto firing issues and it is all of THREE WEEKS OLD and have send 3 emails with pics too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND! ADVICE, Keep your junk in China!
