maybe this campaign loves itself so much and does not love its customer, and I was their fan for many years...no communication, no questions answered ... arrogance, after 4 years I stop buy from them.

Really terrible products. I've been through a Novo and a Nord, both were a waste of money. Novo tastes like crap after a short period, pods last maybe a day or two. If the liquid is not kept at least half full it will burn the pod and then it's wasted. Novo will also get hot, burn itself out, and fire while just sitting there... It's dangerous Nord is junk also, coils last a day or two. Mine had a permanent plastic taste now. Spent so much money on coils, pods, and different oils/salts trying to get around these pieces of junk. I've spent way more time playing with the thing and looking up hacks to get them to work like they're supposed to. Just stay away from anything from Smok, they take no pride in their products and do not care if you stick with them, just want that initial round of money from you

Do not buy from their official site if you have any questions they will not help you I tried placing an order but couldn’t so tried calling every time they said to email and they would respond shortly it has been more then three weeks and I have called more then four times to get the same messy answers their prices are no better from other sites you can find that actually have ppl that speak English to help you when you call and one of my orders that actually went though they sent me the wrong coils and only one of each even tho they were supposed to be a three pack so all and all I am very unhappy with their performance considering how many vapes they sell so if I could give zero stars I definitely would

Provided me with a fake tracking number saying fedex has the shipping label. Has been a very long time now and still no sign it has even shipped. Do not waste your time with this company's garbage products. I bought two Stick V9 Max vapes and they both broke within a week and they make it so you can't fix them.

Bought a Smok Majesty last Christmas, it lasted 3 months and literally fell apart in my hands into 5 pieces I could not believe how flimsy it was , there were literally no screws holding it together just moulded clips. It cost £54 and it was a total disgrace to consumer products, Smok are just ripping people off I threw it into the bin.

Do not purchase from their official store. A shipping label was created with a FedEx tracking number though it never shipped. Customer Service is useless for they paste the FedEx tracking page showing that FedEx is still waiting for the package while stating that it shipped and it takes 5-10 days. We are past that and after numerous calls to FedEx and emails to Customer Service, I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Supposedly their products are shipped from Taiwan to California to a third party that clears it from Customs. The they put the FedEx label on and ship to the consumer. Do not waste your money and time!

The worst one ever ,it's fake and very bad customer service Don't never try to lose your money on it! I bought it and it's stopped working in 5 days only!! with no reason! And the customer service unhelpful at all!
