I’d like to start off by saying I really like smok I’ve owned two smok T-privs one of them for around 3 years the other around 2 and a half years the reason I bought the second one I dropped my first one twice and broke the glass it was going to take 4 days for the glass to arrive so I bought the second one as a spare this week I’ve treated myself to the x priv and the new g priv 3 as they were on special and wanted something more modern I live in Ireland and have never had any issues apart from a faulty coil in a pack of 3 I see a lot of negative reviews mainly from US customers the only time I order direct from smok China is when I need coils as they are a lot cheaper then the vape store in Ireland we don’t pay duty on items from China that are less then 60 euro so that’s a bonus I just wanted to post a positive review as I’ve really enjoyed the smok experience

I ordered 3 Nords from SmokTech and then I got a $54 bill from FedEx for tariffs. The devices were mailed form China and I had to cover the import costs. When I called customer service during business hours, there was no answer. They just asked for me to leave a message. On top of that, they identified themselves as MadVapes. This whole site has the smell of a scam.

Bought two packs of coils from their warehouse in "California". Took two weeks to ship from China and after all was said and done I received a second bill from FedEx for shipping, which was more than the total cost of the products themselves, separate from the shipping I'd already paid. How's that make sense? To top it all off, four out of the six coils I'd received were dead on arrival; resulting in a burnt taste straight out of the box. Do yourself a favor and shop at a local vape shop instead. Less hassle, less stress, lower cost and overall better quality all around.

Had many smok kits they all went bad pretty quick mag 2x pro colour and an alien the mag battery sled stoped catching both pro colour the screen stoped working and the alien died after 2 weeks I bought a sigelei chronus and a freemax mesh pro tank and 6 months later could not be happier I will also add that one of the pro colour was a warranty replacement and although the kit I bought was green smok sent me a silver mod because under their warranty you get what the have available very poor do yourself a favour and buy something else not to mention how hard it is to get any kind of quality with their coils

Iv got the smok rpm40.. Its a beast of a machine and the flavour is amazing my only issue is... Please can u mod the device as a 2ml tank does not last long.. Need a bigger tank. Regards Gilly.

Would never ever recommend to anyone. The infinix and Novo are the biggest waste of money vaps I've ever had. Break monthly. They're customer service blows. Their pods are 50/50 if it's going to last longer than 2 days. Look for a better company/product

I can't believe I fell my this scam... I paid $35 for a nord kit 2 and paid around $17 for ludicrous shipping. I was charged a second shipping fee from fed ex for $41 too. I tracked my package, it was sent two processing plants and then somewhere in Taiwan and then literally back to the same town in China it originally came from. It costed them $9.90 to ship to Taiwan and back but they kept the remaining balance I paid for shipping. I'll never buy anything with the Smok logo again. Don't pay $100 for nord kit2, they're nothing special and you can get similar products for one payment.

I made a purchase direct from Smok's website (smoktech.com) and paid a $16.78 "freight" charge for shipping which stated it would be delivered in 2-3 business days via FedEx. The item took 9 business days (2 weeks total) to receive. A week later I received a FedEx invoice for $43.97. I contacted Smok at and asked if they would be paying this invoice from Fedex. They responded and told me the invoice is for a covid19 customs charge that I am responsible for. They said they would provide me with a $50 in store credit when I pay FedEx but I would never buy from this dishonest company again. I have since contested my charges with PayPal and have filed a complaint with the FTC which I urge you to do if you have also had problems with this company.
