Can I leave a 1/2 star review? I ordered a Smok Morph Vape kit and some LED coils for my TF8 mini. The LED coils didnt light up. So I got overcharged for a cheaper product. The coils fire but the cosmetic effect that I paid extra for didnt work. (Rip off) The real issue is the shipping costs. They forced my small shipment into a freight charge. Charging me $17 After that, I got a bill from FedEx for $40 for Duties & Taxes, FDA approval & FedEx costs. The FDA charges comes from the company not putting any information with the product so the FDA charge is to identify what is being shipped. $20 That's BS And the only reason I'm paying this FedEx fee is because they opted for the receiver to pay those costs. I emailed them about it. Their response, "you can request to have us pay for it." When I had no option to do so when ordering (and paying my freight charge) FedEx wants their account number to bill them. When I asked the company. Absolute SILENCE from them. Do NOT order from this rip off company. You'll regret it. Just spend your money at WildBills or something

I shot them an email today and I'm not gonna hide at all as I was always an avid Smok customer until recently. I want to warn anyone wanting to purchase Smok to AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. They don't honor any warranties, steal your money, blame you for damage and not product issues, etc. Below is literally the email I sent them after so many attempts of contacting them every means possible. ------------ Hello, My name is Mohamad Chau. I was a customer that attempted to purchase a Smok Morph 219 mid April. I would like a status on my request which I have yet to have a response. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You and your company overall have stolen money from me. Here is the summary/timeline of my experience: April 9th 2020 Original Purchase of Morph 219. April 11th 2020 Morph 219 given order 8FB13AB84C5B with FEDEX tracking number 175007229169. April 22nd, 2020 I had contacted Smok requesting for status update on my order as it was unusually long. Smok responded that order was delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions, less flights, and strict customs. Smok suggested to wait a couple more days. June 16th 2020 I have contacted Smok that it has been over 2 months and my order has not yet been delivered with no updates to the tracking order through FEDEX 175007229169. After the long wait I have decided to request for a refund. Smok responded that they will investigate the matter and check with FEDEX. I had responded I was no longer interested in my order for a Morph 219 as it was not delivered after more than 2 months of waiting and I requested for a refund. June 17th 2020 Smok responded asking if they can arrange for another shipment. I responded that I was longer interested in my order and wanted a refund. Smok responded that they will ship by DHL and it will take 5-7 days without providing any information on the order or a tracking number. I did not agree to this arrangement. July 18th 2020 I had sent another email to Smok that I requested for a refund. It has been 1 month since the supposed arrangement that a Morph 219 would be mailed to me. It was not delivered and I have not yet received anything. I would like a refund as soon as possible. This has been going on since April 9th, 2020. It has been more than 4 months for 1 simple order. That simple order was not fulfilled. I requested for a refund. I was not given that option for some reason. Again, I would like a response and a refund as soon as possible.

Only had my vapr 4weeks what a load of rubbish.nothing works on it waste of space.i would advice dont go anywhere near any of smok vapes only after your money

All threre mods and vape equipment breaks id never buy anything from smok ever again.

Bought a 80 dollar mod that lasted a week before the 510 connection literally just came off. Of course, smok doesn't care and you can't return anything. Of course, when I Google the issue everyone else also has it and I can't fix it because somehow all four screws that IVE NEVER TOUCHED are completely stripped. At least I had some fun out of it smashing it with a crowbar before tossing it in the garbage. Absolute waste of money.

I have NEVER dealt with such an incompetent and useless company ever.. I bought a Priv v8 which was faulty. I have sent 11 emails to SMOK direct and 8 to SMOK EU. I am going round in circles! After blasting off I eventually had a reply to send my details for a replacement as I had send all the requested photos etc of my SMOK. However I am now back to square one.. auto responses, the same emails over and over.. The phone number provided in some where in Bavaria/ Bulgaria (?) So there is no way I can get any help! Its driving me insane. NEVER buy a product from this company. You will get NO help.

I have been using Smok vapes for 7 years. The last couple of years have been horrible. I recently upgraded from the Nord to the RPM. The Nord constantly leaks and has stained every pair of shorts I own. The RPM is a good idea but built poorly. There is no way to open the rubber fill cap without a pair o tweezers or precision screwdriver. If you don’t carry both these items with you then you will nerve be able to fill it. It looks pretty but I bought it to vape. I notified Smok that both tanks were defective right out of the box the day I bought it I emailed them. They said to fill out warranty info, pay shipping, and send them in for replacement. That would leave me with no usable device. Bad decision Smok you lost my business!!

Got ripped off, order 3 items that total $36.00 they dont tell you shipping is $20, then i get a bill from Fedex for tax of $50. Never buy from the online shop. I ended paying $50 for a $20 vape pen 22.
