Ive had many smok devices over the last decade. All have been great up until these new pod devices! I’ve owned 3 different devices and for some reason they cant get it right. Every single pod from every device has a horrible issue with leaking and spit back!! I really wish they would take a look at some other devices such as the Aspire Breeze 2. It would be hands down the best pod device on the market if they’d make the coils insert from the top and put the airflow on top as well with RPM coil capabilities. I’m done with Smok from now til the day they actually make a sound device in that layout. The Nord, Pozz X, and RPM are the devices I’m writing this review over.

Great products

I cut my thumb open on their TF tank changing the coil, since you have to grip a single metal rim at the end of the coil and twist it. Three days later the battery cover came loose from the screws after accidentally dropping it off the sofa. On telling customer services I was told to "be more careful next time" among broken English. Ignore the positive reviews - all positive reviews are from reviewers who've reviewed no other company, and likely work for Smok. Crappy Chinese product, crappy Chinese customer service. Reported to trading standards

Customer service non existent. Order came in wrong and sent dozens of e-mails with no reply. Worst Company ever

Replaced a defective item without quibble! Fantastic work!

Hands down everything bought from them is trash. Have purchased 4 salt-nic mods and every single one of them leaks and breaks within days. Nord lasted about a month but the other 3 which were the smaller version with replaceable pods didnt make it a week. Nord has horrible design where button can be hit in pocket, safety hazard. Again from my experience everything from this company is Chinese trash. Never again

Not really the kind of person to ever leave reviews but felt the need to leave this one. I’ve used/owned several different types of vapes made by all different brands/manufactures and can say Smok has been my best personal experience by far. I recently bought the RPM80 Pro back in late February and had it for only a week and a half before it completely stopped working for no reason. After going through all the trouble shooting tips and trying to figure it out I gave up and contacted Smok’s tech team. They contacted me back, asked what problems I was having, requested receipts, etc for proof of purchase, and after a few days of exchanging information they were sending me a brand new RPM80 Pro to replace the defective one. I couldn’t choose a specific color this time but was more than happy to at least have a working one. It was without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received when it comes to vape companies and giving out replacements when a product breaks. Wanted to give it a little time before leaving a review but I've now had the new vape for over a month and is still working like it should with no problems. Will definitely continue to use Smok in the future.
