Ordered a couple products from their Official website and got them a month later. Then about a week after receipt I get an invoice from FedEx saying that I owe them $43.44 for additional fees. Of course, no replies yet to the emails I sent to SMOK.

Ordered two novo 2 kits on 4/17, get an email on 4/21 saying they have shipped my order. It’s now 4/30, and it’s stuck in Alpharetta Georgia only15 mins away from me for the past two days. The tracking for FedEx says clearance delay whatever that means. There has been no delivery date showing as of yet on this item. Only reason I bought online was because I thought my vape store was closed but, after placing the order the next day I found out they were not closed. I will never order directing from this company again.

As others, if I could give a minus 5 I would! I have used the smok brand for 2 years now and have had nothing but problems with their vapes leaking, hot firing or just not firing at all. I have been using the Novo2 and have burned through 4 in a year. I decided maybe it was the Novo line so decided to buy a different model direct from the company which has been nothing but a headache and a rip off! First they put the wrong address on it, then ship by Fed Ex who charges more in shipping than the product that Smok does not tell the consumer about AFTER I already paid shipping to Smok. When my product eventually arrives a week past the guaranteed shipping date, Fed Ex refuses to deliver until I pay the extra shipping costs. Okay, I do that BUT then I am told Smok put the wrong address on it so it has to go back to the sorting center for an investigation and there is not future deliver date. I tell Fed Ex not to bother, just give me my extra shipping costs back, which Fed Ex did right away I then email Smok and explain what happened and told them as a registered Smok user on their site, there is no reason for the wrong address to be put on the package, not to mention I filled it out in full a 2and time when ordering. I ask for my money back but after 3 days of arguing over email I am fed up! They keep refusing to issue a refund for their error and for the product I dont have. They claim Fed Ex is going to charge them! Really? This company is making a killing and they are worried about reverse shipping?!! They have played games this whole time. I used paypal as my payment and have now asked PayPal to get my money back. I will be going to the BBB and writing as many reviews about this as possible!

If I could rate zero, I would. I placed an order on the 7th and keep getting the runaround from customer service. I made the mistake of reading reviews are purchasing and chose to cancel my order almost immediately. It is the 12th and I have yet to get a response about shipping or a refund. Definitely feeling like I just lost $50. I chose to another from Element Vape instead and have already received my order.

i have bought countless of Smok vape pens and mods, after 6 months of having each one the tanks started leaking from the seals, and after 1 year of taking good care of the product and doing maintenance on them they just die. when i took each one in to the shop they tried to upgrade the firmware, but nothing happened, i have to say that i am very disappointed in all these products for having to pay over $100 for each one and for them all having the same problem, you'd think that smok would handle the problem since it seams that it accrues often, but no. WILL NEVER BUY A SMOK VAPE AGAIN.

Smoke products are cheap crap! I'd stop vaping if smok was the only brand of vape products out there. Don't waste your money all of there products are crap!

Product did not come in the time that was advertised on the website but my bank account was sure charged ASAP. When I reached out to customer service about an update on my order, they did not say hello nor thank you. Replied stating the device I ordered was not in stock asked if I wanted to change color of order. I agreed to change colors on the SMOK2 device I ordered if they were going to ship it out that day. Got a reply again with no hello or thank you that stated, your order will ship. When FINALLY received both SMOK tanks were shattered - so JUICE leaking everywhere when I filled it. Don't order from this company unless you want to wait forever and then receive damaged products.

Still have the Nord which is my back up and it is okay. Maybe 2.5/5. I had the roll badge which I was really really in to. It was cool for about 2 months but then I left it in the car over night and it stopped working. My first Smok was the Trinity Alpha. I realized after using that he price point is terrible.It broke within the first month because I accidentally fell asleep with it. I have fallen asleep with lots of Vapes in my bed and nothing has ever happened. These guys need to constantly be in a cool setting. Ideal to keep mods cool in general but it goes to show that Smok is not quality.
