SMOKReviews of smoktech.com

I absolutely love smok devices but I bought online from their store and haven't gotten my items and I ordered 03-24-21 and I asked my friend about it and they said that was normal so I emailed them multiple times and they never answered. I forgot about it for awhile and then got on their website and thought it was weird cuz I ordered things and never got them. I am very disappointed with smok at the moment only buy their items IRL because YOU'LL ACTUALLY GET YOU'RE ITEMS!

Unfortunately unable to score a zero. Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Bad advertising, incorrect details. Brought everything I needed to use only to be told I need to buy Batteries which cost the same as the vape unit itself. Trying to contact them and get it returned is a Mindfield I have spent so much time on this Company I am finding it very frustrating and annoying. Please use any company other than this one if you cherish your sanity.

Never buy smok. I’ve had many smok products from box mods to pod mods, I currently have the brand new smok novo x, I paid $50 for it and only had it for about 2 weeks and it’s already broken. The pods leak down into the sensor and makes it stop working completely, so I wouldn’t recommend smok unless you wanna be cleaning out our vape after every hit

Don't ignore these reviews. Smok is literally the worst in terms of everything from customer service to general hardware. Please try literally ANY other vape.

Excellent vape Would recommend Really nice bit of kit bought it of Amazon at 20 pounds really good. Thanks smok

I purchased a Smok Nord 2 from my local vape store in mid May. I had to trash it by the end of May. To replace it, I ordered two Smok Vape 2 pens from an online vape site and within hours of recieving them I trashed another. The glass tank busted while I had the vape pen in my mouth. The second one is already leaking. I emailed SmokTech support, so far no reply. I will never use their products again. We vapor lovers should come together and design the ultimate vape pen. Update June 30, 2021. The second SMOK Vape Pen overheated and just quit working like the Nord 2 did. It just started vaping on it's own without depressing the button. I've sent both pens back to the online site I ordered from and they are giving me store credit. I told them I was not satisfied with SMOK products and did not want replacements.

I bought a SMOK V2 vape pen and it has to be the worst pen vape I've ever used. It constantly leaks out of the airflow holes which are directly above the charging port, not the smartest design. The battery life is abysmal. But the worst is the spit back. I have a burn from hot liquid firing out of the mouth piece and landing on bare skin. Worst product ever, will never buy SMOK again.

Gutes Design das war es dann auch schon. Akkuträger sehr schnell defekt, Köpfe laufen aus. Würde von dem Hersteller nichts mehr kaufen.
