High five, John! Thank you. :)

I left a review about a Bosisto's product. It was a lenghty one about the ingredients on their nasal spray which was not published on Sitejabber. They deleted it with no explanation. This leads me to believe that they are not a true representation of uncontrolled customer reviews. - response to reply by Sitejabber - it's been months and still not there 🤔

Hello Priscilla, thank you for sharing your concern. Reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged for further review, which can take up to 30 days. Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – you can learn more about our vetting process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

Numerous people on Sitejabber.com--allegedly a job search evaluation site--gave bad reviews on a supposed job search site called "LENSA". What immediately made me suspicious of both Sitejabbera and Lensa is that Lensa answered a lot of the complainants by writing that "Lensa reached out to the complainant on Sitejabber's Job Resolution site bit got no answer". What?! Why would the rater of a job search website have a "job resolution site? They would have no information qualifications or manpower to do this. Sounds as if Lensa owns Sitejabber or something else shady is going on. I'd run like hell from both!

Hey Christie, could you please send us more information at [email protected]? Sitejabber is a review platform and not a site for resolving job searches. We’d like to better understand your concern to best address it. We look forward to hearing from you, thanks.

Sitejabber is a criminal enterprise. They only allow (un-verified) negative reviews (denying all positive reviews - we had 100s denied) and then try to blackmail you into buying their premium "service" in order to receive positive reviews. Beyond predatory scam.
Response from SmartCustomerFeb 9, 2023
Hi Jody, we appreciate the opportunity to address this. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either. We don’t in any way charge businesses to take down reviews, or charge for positive reviews. We also don’t deny positive reviews. Removal of negative reviews can only be done if the reviewer violates our Terms of Service – see https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake. Our platform is for monitoring, collection, and publishing of all types of reviews – and across multiple sites, not just Sitejabber’s. Customers do get a “Resolution Window” that allows them to address any issues raised in a review. Hope this helps.

...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.

Hey Ken, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This particular business does use verified review collection methods, but we will certainly have our compliance team investigate further.
