I haven't had the opportunity to use Smalls yet for their food. This review is for their customer service alone. We ordered Smalls in the hope that it would help our tummy challenged Tortie, Tasmine with her digestive issues. Tragically she had to be put down (her lungs filled with fluid and she was suffering) just a few days after I signed up for the service. Smalls cancelled my subscription and refunded me the fee for the trial box immediately while at the same time offering very kind and supportive words of condolence. We are very impressed with the kindness the Smalls team showed us and would recommend them based solely on the obvious care they have for their customers.

Well I made a mistake filling out the questionnaire and I ended up getting food my cat could not eat. However Customer service could not have been more helpful I get one star for filling out the questionnaire wrong they get five stars for making it all right!

We had been feeding our cat premium canned food. She was losing weight and often couldn't keep the food down. Changing to Smalls, she has been acting like her old self - gaining weight, better coat, better mood. I'm convinced this is all due to the quality of the food. No more vomiting. She loves the fresh and the freeze dried. Previously, we only fed beef, but premium canned food isn't actually beef (or not only beef). Smalls is and there is an obvious difference. If you are debating whether Smalls is worth it, you must try it and are in for a pleasant surprise.

I have delivery issues (not Smalls' fault) and the team there has worked with me. I recently got a new order and it arrived (yay) and my cat is so happy to gobble up her fancy hipster food lol

I really like smalls! I will say that my deliveries have not come issue free but I will say the customer service with smalls is so amazing that there has always been a quick resolve. At first smalls website was troublesome and wouldn’t let me take certain actions but they have made changes. Regarding the deliveries, they come frozen still and well packaged, even living in a hot state like Florida. I have had a few packages that weren’t delivered completely sealed however customer service was really easy to contact and quick to remedy the situation. Overall my cats love smalls and seem way more energetic!

Amazing food. Worse costumer service, system, and logistics I’ve ever encountered. Smalls let me create two accounts using the same email. The first account I had made in 2018 and had forgotten about. That’s when all the nonsense started. I’ve spent about 12+ hours trying to resolve these issues and the customer service has it the worst reading comprehension I have ever seen but refuses to send me a link for a phone call. Oh they only do phone calls twice a week by the way. I feel like they are trying to scam me and I’m beyond confused at how they are still in Buisness. I’m considering switching to nom nom but I’ve already spent so much time, energy, and emotions trying to get an order placed, i feel like I can’t back out now

Love to spoil my cat with this food! You can truly say it's clean, good quality and healthy. It goes bad if you don't use it within after 5 days after opening.

The food is great, she loves it. Timing on shipping is tricky. I either ended up with an empty freezer and having to use backup kibble, or it crowds out my own frozen food storage. But I guess it's better to have and not need than need and not have.
