I liked the customer service, but unfortunately my cat did not like the food.

Your food is way too expensive. You can get same quality for cheaper elsewhere. If you lowered your prices more people would subscribe to your service

The company is fine. The deliveries came on time. The ice was usually melted and the boxes fell apart, but the food stayed cool - sometimes I'd use the ones on top first because they were partially defrosted. I live out in the boonies and our drivers leave something to be desired. Not Smalls fault. My issue? The cats (all 3 of them) refused to eat this food unless it was mixed with their old food, even after several weeks. Also, the required amounts were just too big. 28 packages at a time takes up a tremendous amount of freezer space, and I don't have a dedicated deep freeze. Once the cat food was in it there wasn't any room left for human food. I would recommend this for people with several non-picky cats and a huge freezer.

Love the concept of a cleaner food for my cats but unfortunately, they didn’t like it and we had to cancel.

The cats have decided they’re not that interested in the food. There must be an ingredient they don’t care for.

The vet told us the cats needed a better grade of food so we tried Smalls. Three cost was above what we wanted to spend. After losing one of the cats, we found the other cat really didn't like it that much and left a lot to get thrown out.

It was pretty expensive and unfortunately my cat was not a fan.
