Amazing food quality that my cat just loves. He is older and I want the best for him and now I have found more than that, I found a company that responds to my questions and cares about my scheduling of delivery when I must travel. Simply a great experience!

Although my cats love the frozen food, the compsny is unwilling to give smaller packages. I was told by one Concierge that the smallest package that I could get was 8 packages every 1-12 weeks, when I tried to order within those guidelines I was told by another Concierge that I had to order a bigger package. This is sad because our fur babies really liked it. Hopefully they'll like the frozen food that I order on chewy at a much cheaper price.

I did a lot of research before I chose Smalls.. I have always wanted the best of the best for my cats.. Salem and Calvin are my boys that are now on Smalls.. Calvin is almost 14.. what I've noticed in him is being more active Alert and sleeping less and the brightness in his eyes.. now we're working on a little weight loss.. Salem is my asthmatic boy who doesn't like much of anything.. it took him a little longer but now he loves Smalls.. what I also noticed is my Calvin is he is more satisfied after eating... for me their customer service has been top-notch.. there have been a few glitches mostly having to do with UPS.. I'm one of those weirdos who does a lot of research on cat nutrition and wants the best for my babies.. that is why I chose Smalls and I'm really glad I did... thank you Smalls. so much for everything for creating this food... sincerely cat mom and fur babies Calvin and Salem..

I can't say enough how thankful I am for the continued responsiveness and overall support from the Smalls team. No matter what issue I have they are quick to rectify and ensure I will be a happy customer. Most recently our order had some packages with leaks. My husband threw out the box and we didn't jot down any of the batch numbers or look to see how many packages were affected. In most cases other companies would probably not be willing to offer a refund or credit without this information, but Smalls went above and beyond to provide the best solution for us. I am a happy customer and more importantly, so is my kitty :) Thank you Smalls!

They are packed well, smell good and they do seem very fresh. My cats on the other hand did not even touch the food. After following suggested method from smalls team it made no difference, this left me with a lot of food. Although smalls team cancelled my future order. They did not respond back to me about what I need to do with the left over food, and or refund me for basically trying out their product.

Filled out a survey form for Smalls and a customer service representative responded within a couple days with a solution for my concern. They listen to their customers!

I have two cats: my first baby is an all Black beauty and my second is a calico sweetheart! My Black beauty has been eating Smalls for over four months and where usually she begins to turn her nose up at her food after about two weeks of eating it (Tiki cats, Science diet, BFF, Rachel Ray, Fancy Feast, and so many more) because Smalls sends me so many different recipes for the month every week is something new for her and she races to the bowl anytime she sees that yellow elongated Tupperware container. Her fur is soft and shiny, her teeth always get compliments at the vet, she has the energy to go for walks or chase my other cat for hours of playtime. My calico sweetheart was not always mine, and she was a bit of a surprise when I adopted her. Her first night with me it broke my heart to see her hate the food her previous owner gave me for her so much I took some of my Black beauty's food and warmed it a little to try to coax her to eat something. She took to it like a baby to water. Where previously her fur was rough, had split ends, her eyes were cloudy, and she slept all day every day after eating so little; a little more than two months later and she is a totally different cat. She is communicative, her fur is soft and shiny like my first cat, she finally got her health where it should be for a 5 year old, and she runs at the sight of food now! I have even used the giblets to be her treats for learning tricks! Both of my babies love this food! They use their hunting mice for the kibble throughout the day and they get one serving of wet food broken in half for eating once in the morning and once in the evening. While their grocery bill is comparable to mine at $200 for a month I am more than willing to pay it for me to know my babies are getting such great nutrition and are enjoying their food at the same time. Their customer service is top notch! While their website often has issues when I need to move around my delivery date due to travel their Concierge always fixes the problem within the same hour of my email query. Technology is only great when it works but good people are hard to come by and they have them! While two shipments have come with the dry ice totally evaporated not one has ever arrive with thawed out or unsafe product inside. All pieces are always still perfectly frozen. Bottom line: as long as Smalls exists this will be our cat food for life!
