SmallsReviews of smalls.com

This company is amazing! Food Ships super fast and plenty of it! Put it in your freezer and take it out as you need it, They are there to help your kitty with the transition. I think you love your kitty as much as you!!!

The website is unavailable so I can't log in to make changes for my pet food order or cancel my subscription. My pet has always been a big eater but she does not seem to like the wet food from smalls. She does like the dry kibble

Really incredible customer service. I had some issues with a delivery I received and emailed to see if I can have it resolved, they quickly helped me and were able to resolve my issue. Thank you Matt!

I would recommend Smalls to any cat parent whose pet likes bird and beef meats. The food is delivered frozen and you get a message when it had been left at your door. There are no artificial dies or preservatives. My cat has a very sensitive stomach and most grains do not sit well with her. I was pleased when she tried the chicken recipe for a few days and she seemed to digest it well. We only had success with the chicken as my cat does not eat beef nor turkey, (she prefers fish) and that is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. Even being a small company, Smalls for Cats has a great customer service, prompt and friendly.

Customer service sucks. I ordered their sampler to try it. You know try before you buy and my cats did not like it. They would only touch a little bit of the freeze dried. Anyway, I didn’t know it automatically signed me up for a subscription. I didn’t want that at all. You’d think if you try it they would reach out and be like “hey did you like it you want more?” But no, instead they did the opposite of commons sense and just immediately subscribe you without your consent. Of course that’s how they make their money. They did not issue me a full refund, and I’m a first time customer. They only gave me half refund. I’ve corresponded with other subscription services and they have given me my money back before. I also work in customer service and if the customer wants a refund, you give it to them. ESPECIALLY if they are first time customer. The food is not high quality and the cats hate it. It’s not fair to not get a refund and be charged for another box of food that will go to waste that I never asked for. Oh and also I never opened any of the food in the second box and they won’t allow returns, so again, wasteful.

My cats would not even touch this stuff, it legitimately looked and smelled like vomit, “human grade” really doesn’t mean anything I guess. There is no way to cancel your subscription online, you have to contact customer service.

We love Smalls! Our cat, Ivy, is 12 years old and has been overweight most of her life. We wanted to give her a healthier meal option and help her lose weight - both of which have happened! Ivy continues to drop weight and enjoys her fresh wet food. We won’t be going back to grocery store food. Thanks, Smalls!

I didn't get a chance to actually try the food, because there was no marking on the box that said it needed to be opened and refrigerated. When I reached out to the company they wouldn't do anything to make up for the mistake, only another discount to buy more. I felt it was unfair since it wasn't my fault the box wasn't marked that I should have to pay to sample again. They would rather lose a whole customer than send out some replacement cat food.
