Cats liked it for a couple of months then nothing. Also it is too expensive for normal people and rescues.

Received an unexpected follow-up order that was sent out in less than 4 weeks and included an exorbitant amount of food that was not even remotely close to the small sample size I initially ordered to try. This unexpected follow-up order was supposedly due to the subscription radio button that I neglected to deselect as it is not very evident to see. Called company to cancel but was told too late as it had already gone out….shipped bit before the the 30 day period I might add too. Deceitful business practices. Cats hate food and the one that tries it as I once in awhile try to reintroduce, throws it up everywhere. Thanks, Smalls.

My cat did not like the food at all. Refused to even eat it so it was such a waste of money. And yes I tried all kinds of different ways and recommended suggestions for encouraging one’s cat to eat it but nothing worked. So doesn’t work for the pickiest eaters.

Wasn’t extremely clear about auto- renewal charges when I wanted to trial it. My cats didn’t like the food so they didn’t even eat it, but I got charged later for more and even more money. when I didn’t have that money to spend.

You broke your promise

First, I canceled and the company did not cancel, but charged my card for $130. They wouldn't refund. Then, the food made my cats vomit, repeatedly. Every flavor, same results. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not good easily spoil

Steal your money and run. I ordered a 1 time sampler box and paid 39 00 then less than a month later they shipped me a huge box of food for 104.00, my cats did not like the food. I asked to return it and they refused. They refunded the sampler box but only refunded 29 00. This place is a huge scam, the steal your money and attempt to lock a subscription. BUYER BEWARE.
