We’ve been very happy so far. The food looks like real food and actually smells like it is supposed to (e.g. the ground turkey smells like cooked turkey meat). We have four cats. One has always preferred dry kibble, and so she isn’t thrilled with the fresh food, but she likes the freeze dried food. The others clean the bowl each meal. It is pricey, but we feel it is worth the cost. As far as the negative reviews regarding “deceptive practices” and pricing, the website clearly says you will be billed and shipped automatically for a full order when you sign up for the trial. It tells you exactly what is in that order, when it will ship, when you will be billed, and how much it will cost. Granted, it doesn’t tell you that until AFTER you order the trial, but it also tells you how to cancel your order, and you have plenty of time to cancel after you receive the trial shipment. My only complaint is that the website doesn’t function very well. However, the customer service people are very responsive, and have helped to fix any issues that have come up.

I had a bit of trouble navigating my box so I received items I didn’t intend to receive ( flavors my kittens don’t seem to like ) But customer service fixed it so my next box was what I expect so that was very helpful

Food is liked with addition of other canned food. Had to hold off on the orders as I am not going through it as fast as I thought I would but my cats are eating well.

It's a little expensive. Also, the pieces are a little big for kitties (freeze dried kibble).. the small ones are fine but they can be up to an inch or an inch-and-a-quarter and my cat rarely chews.

Their customer service is excellent. I had issue with my subscription and David helped me and resolved the issue right away.

It's great stuff, cat loves it and I've definitely seen health improvements. However it would be nice to choose the number of packets each month, because sometime i have leftovers and don't need all 12. Or I would like to do 10 packets and 2 bags of kibble, for instance. It's also a bit pricey but I'm willing to pay.

I left some freeze dried raw on my order and I was trying to remove it before the 8pm deadline, as I had plenty for now, but the edit order page wouldn’t load correctly for me. My question was addressed the same night, and the next day I got an update that it was changed! Awesome news, budget is tight this month and $30 will make a difference. Tyty!
