This company has high quality food for cats and was very honest and fair when I was late to cancel my order only because my cat died of something not related to the new diet. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their cat to eat healthy and live longer.

I got Marcy from the SPCA when she was 4 months old. she is now 7 years old and I have had a problem from day 1. The vet ran tests and couldn't find anything wrong, she evidently just has a sensitive stomach. Every time I fed her she threw up her food. It might be 5 minutes or it might be 2 hours. She would cry so pitifully before she threw up and I went on the search over the last 7 years trying different foods, wet food, dry food, a combination. A few months ago I saw on the internet an add for the company "Smalls". I thought well it's raw food let's try that. I had not tried raw food before but I thought well it can't hurt. Marcy is now on the "smalls" freeze dried food and is doing very well. She has not thrown up one time in the 2 months that I've had her on this food. I felt led to give feedback to them in the hope if someone else's fur baby has issues, you will give them a try. The product is all the good "stuff" and none of the bad "stuff". Thank you!!😄

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. I have one cat and they signed me up for an automatic subscription for over $100 per shipment? I don't think so. I don't even spend that on myself for food per month. And I don't know where in nature my cat would eat green beans or peas. Just Another scam in my opinion. Furthermore, my cat won't touch the food so I have $100 in wasted food. And their solution is to tell you to buy more things to entice your cat to eat it. On top of $100 already? Again, I don't think so.

So far I’m quite happy with this food. I appreciate the simple ingredients and inclusion of organ meats, it always arrives on time, and my cat has lost some weight while on this diet. My complaints are that the subscription isn’t as customizable as I’d like, I don’t love that there’s pea protein in it, and my cat doesn’t love the food. She does eat it, though! I’m not certain there’s a healthy way to make it more palatable anyway.

I've gone around twice with this company and they got even worse!! They are actually trying to gaslight me with fraudulent screenshots and tell me I changed an order I very much did not and that I opened an email I never received! Being the second time with them, I know I have to read EVERY email I get from them, and I never got the one they said I read. Unethical and unbelievable. Someone please let me know when we're suing these creeps. In the meantime, thank my credit card protection.

Great customer service ! You actually interact with competent caring humans. Orders are on time and the food is frozen solid and I live in Las Vegas,NV. My personal food orders are often defrosted upon arrival .LOL. Our cat loves smalls!!

This is a great brand of food and they make it very easy when getting your cat food by having it come directly to your door!

Healthy delicious food, my cat goes crazy for it! Very good shipping insulation as well. Food remained solidly frozen even though I picked it up from my front desk 3 days later.
