Our 15+ year old cat was not eating and we had tried every cat food on the market. My daughter discovered Smalls and I ordered the sample pack. Miss Kitty loved it, is now eating, has gained weight and is back to her "old" self. Highly recommend. Order arrives as scheduled and if I have a question, it is always answered promptly.

The BEST food for cats. BUT PLEASE remove the nutritional yeast. Bad for cats with IBD.

Best cat food EVER! You can tell right off the bat. Easy to order and manage your subscription. Order ships on time. Cats LOVE it. They act like it’s their treats.

My cat loved the taste of smalls food. But, the TEXTURE was difficult for him. He frequently tried to clean the roof of his mouth as though he had a mouthful of peanut butter. The TEXTURE is also difficult for me because it sticks to the packaging, the spoon, and inside his serving dish. It's very smooth, nothing for him to 'bite' or nibble on. ** I had to keep stirring what remained in his dish at least 3 times before it's gone. I even tried mixing it with several treats and that seemed to help a little bit. ** I tried Smalls recommendation to add a little chicken broth, but that was a huge mistake. Everything in his dish turned to mush and he wouldn't touch it. It has such a strange consistency. ** My cat and I both could probably live with these problems, but when I saw how expensive this food is at the calculated amount Smalls recommends, that just turned a "maybe" into "impossible." I cannot afford $200/mo or more just to feed my cat. Sheesh! Forget about it. i knew it would cost more than other foods, but that's even more than I spend each month for my own grocery foods. ***ONE MORE THING Regarding Customer Service: I tried reaching Customer Service to speak with a representative. I searched throughout the site, but you can only text or email them. No calls. So I ended up cancelling the service online a few days ago. The departing 'form' asked me to state WHY I was cancelling. So, I cited the same concerns noted above in a very respectful manner. They never once tried to reach out to me and specifically address each concern. Nothing. ** THEN I noticed a few other reviews I read here (especially two star reviews) where the customer noted their concerns. The company just replied with their standard cookie-cutter blurb, (Thank you ... contact us if you need anything else). VERY FEW of the company's responses actually addressed the customer's concern. It appears they only pick & choose which reviews they will fully address. They don't value customers' feedback as much as they claim, imho.

I ordered smalls after seeing the ads on the subway. I have a senior cat (14 years old) who is a picky eater. As she is getting older, I want her to have higher quality food to keep her spry. She loves her smalls. I give her the chicken options but might start trying some of the other proteins later. I think the only sorta bad part is the packaging can be a little messy. I ordered their smalls glass container and that helps keep things organized. It's just different if you are used to years of cans.

The food is excellent and has changed 1 of 6 of my cats health significantly. Smalls food is liked and eaten by all 6 of my cats ranging from 1.5 yrs old to 12 years. Smalls food helped me regain my Megacolon cat's health and bowel movements. Smalls food also makes their letterbox smell less. My cats like the variety but definitely have their favorites. Bring back freezed dried treats!!

I’m disappointed that my kitties didn’t like it

Smalls saved our cat’s life. Our 12-year-old cat was having major health problems. She was vomiting and having diarrhea every day for weeks. We couldn’t figure out what was going on. She lost a lot of weight and we thought we were going to lose her. We were already feeding her high-dollar organic grain free food. We tried every other food out there and she just wasn’t getting any better and kept losing weight. We switched to smalls and within 2 weeks she had completely stopped vomiting and having diarrhea and she started to out her weight back on. We haven’t looked back sense. She has been eating smalls for about a year and is healthier and livelier than ever. We are so so grateful to smalls.
