Have 2 cats Oscar loves it. Bisbee is very picky. I sometimes have problems getting the container open. Arizona is more of a challenge for fast delivery maybe a bit more dry ice.

That's great to hear that Oscar loves the food! We know how challenging it can be to please a picky eater like Bisbee, so we're happy that one of them is already a fan. Your feedback about the packaging and delivery is very helpful. Thanks so much!

I like the packaging and the precise delivery. I have been down to my last package and my delivery shows up that day. My cats love the food and I feel good feeding it to them.

I could not reschedule shipment two weeks before we left for the summer. Could not cancel. Had to waste that money on food I couldn’t use.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Our system allows rescheduling or postponing orders up until 8 PM EST on the Thursday before a scheduled shipment. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to miss that window, especially when plans change. For future orders, you can always adjust your delivery date or cancel your subscription through your Account Portal, and our team is happy to assist if any questions come up. We appreciate your feedback and will keep looking for ways to make managing orders easier.

My cat had a sensitive stomach and stinky poop. He was not doing too well. He ended up in the ER with canned food. Ever since he has been eating Smalls, no more stinky poop.

I highly recommend Smalls for your cat. Since we've changed to this food, our cat doesn't throw up any longer, has a smoother coat and does not shed nearly as much. It feels good to know that we are giving her the best healthy food that we can.

My cats have healthier coats, and definitely more energy and the older ones are far more playful after switching to Smalls.
