After trying several dry and wet Rx foods for my senior cat with digestive issues, with no improvement at all, my vet recommended I try Smalls. Within 24 hours her symptoms dramatically improved. She was always hesitant about wet food, but she likes Smalls and it has been so good for her - and her pawrents too! Customer service is excellent also. I have already recommended to several people.

Smalls cat food is absolutely worth the investment. My cats health has visibly improved- they have shinier coats and lost weight. One cat always had eye discharge, which has disappeared since switching to Smalls. They have more energy and love the food. It is on the pricier side, but it is clearly worth the investment for their health. Great job, Smalls!

My cat didn’t like any of the flavors 😢. I tried everything you suggested (microwave to make it warmer, trying out little potions a time to switch to new food but she just didn’t like the flavors - especially any with the fish. I’m sure the products are great, but just couldn’t justify the price when all she would do is take one or two nibbles and then leave the rest.

We’re sorry to hear your cat didn’t enjoy the flavors—every kitty has their own preferences, and sometimes it can take a few tries to find the right fit. We appreciate that you tried warming the food and introducing it gradually—those are some of our recommended transition tips. If you ever want to give it another shot, trying smaller portions at first or mixing in a bit of your cat’s favorite topper can help entice picky eaters. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

The food smelled like pinesol. Cat wouldn't touch it they charged my card 7 days earlier than agreed. Then wouldn't refund even though they got all their outback. Do not buy from them. You've been warned.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to charge only on the schedule shown at checkout, as well as in our Heads Up emails we send either on Monday or Tuesday before an order is set to process. We’d be happy to review any timing issues directly with you. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service and offerings for all our cats and their humans.

My picky cat won’t eat it!

We’re sorry to hear that your kitty didn’t enjoy the food! What we typically think of as a picky cat can sometimes be better described as a creature of habit. We recommend mixing in their old food with Smalls, serving it warm to bring out all the meaty aromas, and adding toppers or enticers to pique their curiosity. We break it all down in this blog post, and of course, we’re always here if you want more tips: https://www.smalls.com/blog/post/is-my-cat-a-picky-eater We appreciate your feedback and hope that if you decide to try us again in the future, we can find a flavor your cat loves.
