We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. Our Sampler boxes are designed to introduce cats to Smalls food, and we do offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the initial Sampler if it doesn’t work out. It sounds like there was confusion around the subscription setup. When a Sampler is purchased, our system recommends a recurring subscription to make it easy to maintain your cat’s diet, but it can always be canceled or adjusted immediately after the first order if desired. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience caused. We’re glad to hear your credit card company was able to assist with the dispute, and we appreciate your thoughtfulness in donating the food to a local pet food program.

Thank you so much for sharing your incredible story! We are so happy to hear that Smalls is making such a positive difference for your cat and his diabetes. It's truly a testament to the power of real, clean food. It's amazing that he's already on the road to potentially reducing his insulin shots. We're so hopeful for him and would love to hear an update. Thank you for trusting us to provide the real food your cat needs to live a healthier life!

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved cat, Karma. It means the world to us that we were able to provide some comfort during such a difficult time. The photo and frame were a small way for us to honor Karma's memory, and we are so touched to know that you will treasure it forever. We understand that losing a pet is an incredibly painful experience, and your kindness and gratitude truly mean so much to our team. We would be honored to have your business again in the future if you decide to welcome another pet into your life.

I'm so sorry that your order never arrived! It's incredibly stressful to be down to your last packet of food. I'm glad we were able to get a replacement sent out right away. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us to make it right.
