First of all let me just say, I have never been treated with such exceptional service, I mean not ever. You truly stand out and above the rest of the world. The fact that you answered my emails, helped me with a situation which I did not think would eventually pan out and replaced my item (at no charge) is pretty unbelievable in this day and age. I truly hope everyone has a fantastic holiday and excellent New Year.

Easy to order and excellent product
Easy to order and excellent product. I got the cat harness and it is super secure and looks very comfortable.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Love that it's safety tested. It runs big though so please be sure to say that ♥️♥️ when I take the girls for a walk I just leave it on. The little hook at the shoulders works perfect. Cute colors too. Thanks!

Great harnesses
Great harnesses, got one for both of my dogs and it fits well. Good design and easy to buckle them into the backseat of my car. Cute colors!

Our dog Herbie who backs out of…
Our dog Herbie who backs out of harnesses easily can’t get out of this one which gives us a sense of security. This is our second one. First one wore out.

They have changed the design
I have loved their cat harness for years but they have changed it to a buckle instead of Velcro. You cannot get it tight enough so they can't slip out. It has been my "go to" harness but not anymore. The quality is very good though. I am so disappointed in it. I am sorry to give this review because it was one of my favorites!
